True but even after older fans started singing both shows' praises there was still an attitude from non-watchers that because they were animated they weren't really "canon" and therefore not important and so they dismissed them.

Is this show getting a season two?  I saw on The John Campea YouTube channel that the ratings dropped off 40% from the first episode to the last episode. That’s a significant loss of viewers.
