I loved the dog fantasy. 

They better not have killed to dog.  It sounds like they killed the dog. :(  Unacceptable.

They killed a dog. I'm out. I don't care what happens in the last two episodes. This show went from mildly amusing satire/dark comedy to just completely fucked-up. No thank you.

She didn’t notice her phone was missing for weeks? This show missed the mark - it was aiming for satire and just went too dark with very little humor

I think there's A LOT of humor which is why the aggressively dark parts don't really work imo.
