I find Joel Mchale's character more likeable than his young partner's who, it is true, got handed everything in life. Of course he is positive.

I loved the jokes about Shred's frozen penis which turned out not to be frozen.  I also loved him and Joel McHale punking that other animal control officer.    

I was surprised, however, with the drunk sex between Joel McHale and whatshername.  I have a feeling they'll regret it.  

I still don't know all the names, but the woman with the British (?) accent is kind of annoying with her "cutesy" voice.  I like her but I wish she'd sound more like an adult.

Oh, and I wasn't surprised that the kangaroo beat up poor Patel. 🤣

This was the first episode of this series that I watched. While I thought it was funny that the stuffed toy was originally confused with the live cougar, the destruction of the toy seemed too much, especially just to prank the coworker. My first thought was that they ruined someone's (probably expensive, given the size) personal property as a prank and didn't even leave a note or anything. Later, trying to win the alternate toy (which didn't look like the original) at least made up a little for that initial negative feeling. I'm hoping future episodes have a higher funny to annoying ratio.

I'm starting to warm up to this show. It's not LOL funny but it's cute and I like the characters and the actors who play them. Although Joel McHale seems to play the same character in everything he's in. I liked the surprise ending with Frank winding up in bed with Dolores. 

I thought it was funny they made a whole issue out of Shred's penis being frozen since that was all over the news with Prince Harry when his book first came out. I wonder if that was the inspiration. It doesn't speak well to Emily's character that if it were damaged it would mean she'd lose interest in him.

Dr. Collette the vet? That's unfortunate.

I don't think she actually would, I think she was looking for a flaw to convince herself to lose interest. Like, if it turned out to be damaged there would have been a whole ep of her trying to get over him but then realizing she still couldn't shake it.
