I’m admittedly always a bit dubious about any man who chooses to shack up with Kathryn, even if it’s merely a showmance((Cheleb’s whole short-lived relationship with her seems like they stretched it out long past its actual expiration date just for filming)).

Kathryn has proven that not only does she live for drama and breakdowns, but she’s got a known taste for illegal substances. He seems like the type who comfortably feeds into that toxicity between all the good times.

And the way he went from dissing Kathryn to Naomie to him then turning right back around just to diss Naomie to Kathryn was weird and awkward to watch. He’s two-faced as Hell!

Okay, long post - I haven't watched this show in years, and have just started to catch up again.

The blondies in the cast are all kind of indistinguishable to me. I don't like any of them - Taylor is not very bright - she's been wiith Shep for TWO years already? c'mon. Madison clearly sucks, and I don't believe she really loves her new fiance. It was the forced way she kept talking about him being the ONE! I honestly think she just latched on to the first reasonably attractive guy who proposed to her. Naomie seems unpleasant, and I REALLY don't like Olivia - she is the very definition of a coddled basic chick.

Leva is such a non-entity that I have no opinion on her.

As for the guys, Shep and Whitney are the only two I remember from watching years ago. Shep is  exactly as expected, an aging fratboy, and Whitney still skeeves me out. I don't remember Craig or Austen at all. Austin is kind of a tool (he was ridiculous at the oyster party), but I did feel for him having to say goodbye to a childhood home with fond memories.

I do, of course, remember Kathryn, and good God, what a hot mess she is. She was genuinely beautiful when I first started watching, and I thought maybe having to fight for her kids might have tamed her wild-child ways, but big nope there. She's clearly a narcissist or some other walking Cluster B personality disorder. A lot of people have been saying she's reminiscent of Anna Nicole Smith. She reminds me of Lindsay Lohan. Tons of missed opportunities and completely wrecked looking by the age of 30.

Ah Chleb, I had hope for you, you seemed like a genuinely decent guy at first, but then the real you appeared on camera when you talked out of both sides of your mouth at the oyster shin-dig. Guess you were just after camera time like everyone else.

Unpopular opinion: I don't mind Venita - she doesn't irritate me as much as the other cast members. She seems much brighter and more well-spoken than a lot of them (not a big feat, I know). "Influencers" bug the hell out of me, but I actually really like a lot of the fashions she's been wearing. Loved her pink dress at the dual-birthday. This could all change with further viewing, of course.

I am intrigued by the Pringle guy - what's his story? I know he's divorced with a kid or kids? So far he's seemed the nicest and most low-key out of the male cast members.
