I like Mike too.  He was, a Stuart Scott used to say, as cool as the other side of the pillow.  

On the other hand I didn't agree with those who said killing Werner Ziegler was a big change in his character arc.  What we saw in BCS was some nice backstory on Mike, but nothing that was a game-changer like we saw with Jimmy/Saul.
