Jason has more depth as an actor than I had realized.  Ted's panic attack shook me.

And then we got the team spelling out "Hi Boss"!  Brilliant.

This was such a lovely episode, very well modulated in terms of humor and sadness/grief.

I'm rewatching because I didn't pay proper attention the first time.....I didn't realize that it was Nate who motivated them to beat the other team.  He really was Nate the Great.

And it was Ted who convinced Nate he could do it.  He really is a better leader than most people think.
