Interesting to say the least. Episode titles and my speculation in spoilers.

Spoiler

July 3 Episodes

Chapter 1: “Season of Mists”

Chapter 2: “The Ruler of Hell”

Chapter 3: “More Devils Than Vast Hell Can Hold”

Chapter 4: “Brief Lives”

Chapter 5: “The Song of Orpheus”

Chapter 6: “Family Blood”

July 24 Episodes

Chapter 7: “Time and Night”

Chapter 8: “Fuel for the Fire”

Chapter 9: “The Kindly Ones”

Chapter 10: “Long Live the King”

Chapter 11: “A Tale of Graceful Ends”

With the chapter titles and how the second season is described in the article, it feels like they're doing a speed run through the entire rest of the comics' run, skipping A Game of You entirely and probably most of The Wake as well. It may be rushed, but it should feel like a complete story told rather than one cut off abruptly in the middle of the story.

Obviously that means the many, many digressive stories will be passed over, which honestly I expected anyways. Much as I would have liked an Emperor Norton episode, for example.

I expect I'll watch the series, though the Gaiman accusations are a huge bummer. We just can't have anything completely nice, though.
