SurrealEstate, will premiere on Friday, July 16, at 10 p.m. EST on SYFY.

This ten episode, one-hour drama from Blue Ice Pictures is about a team of real estate specialists who investigate, discover and correct the “unconventional problems” that make certain properties difficult to sell, otherwise known as haunted houses. 

The show follows Luke Roman (Wynonna Earp's Tim Rozon), proprietor of the Roman Agency, a business that knows how to sell haunted and possessed houses that would scare potential buyers away. They research, investigate, and might even go so far as to "fix" the things that might go bump in the night.

Sarah Levy (Schitt’s Creek, Larry Crowne) plays Susan Ireland, an enormously successful realtor. She is a realist who doesn't believe in ghosts or hauntings. 

Adam Korson (Seed, Lucifer) plays Father Phil Orley, a research specialist at The Roman Agency who decided to combine his keen research abilities with his understanding of spiritual matters.

Maurice Dean Wint (The Kid Detective, Murdoch Mysteries) plays August Ripley, a technology specialist working at The Roman Agency who creates devices that can detect, evaluate, and sometimes dispatch a home's ethereal occupants. 

Savannah Basley (Wynonna Earp) plays Zooey L'Enfant, the office manager at The Roman Agency. 

Tennille Read (Workin’ Moms, Schitt’s Creek) plays Megan Donovan, a medical student who just inherited a house from her grandfather. As serious doubts creep in about her current relationship and the stress of medical school increases, she is looking to sell this new home.

Melanie Scrofano (Wynonna Earp), directs two episodes and appears as a guest star in one episode.

George R. Olson served as creator, showrunner and executive producer, alongside EPs Lance Samuels (Ginny & Georgia), Daniel Iron (Ginny & Georgia), Armand Leo (The Detail) and Danishka Esterhazy (The Banana Splits Movie). The directors are Paul Fox (Schitt’s Creek), Paolo Barzman (Wynonna Earp), Danishka Esterhazy and Melanie Scrofano (Wynonna Earp).

Leonine Studios has picked up worldwide distribution rights outside of the U.S. and Canada.

It's a recurring role, but probably not a good sign for the show when the actors start taking new jobs.

I meant to watch the first season when it was airing, but wasn't able to.  Now I have, at least, 7 months to make time to watch it and be ready for s2.
