With some encouragement from Coach Mellor, Lainey reunites with her mother. While inspired by the film "Good Will Hunting," Wilma adds a new, unorthodox addition to the robotics club.

Apparently not. Plus, very realistic that someone who almost made it to 5 years then fell off hard and relapsed. Saw it with a few family members myself and now they are going on 15 years strong. 

 I did crack up at the final joke at the end trying to get the right white board cleaning mix.

“Are you sure you’re right handed?” God Mellor is just the best.

Alanis Morrisette and Lainey’s plaid pants made me nearly weep with longing to go back to the 90’s and do it again.

Also the title “Lainey’s Mom” coming on the night Adam Schlesinger died was a gut punch.

Liked this episode on many levels for addressing the subject of alcoholism.  Yes,Mellor was awesome, , very well done by all.
