  1. Popcorn is good. I think she's older. I think they got more legit singers in this crop of Masked Singer because they have nothing to do during Spring/Summer
  2. Giraffe is not the best singer but you can see the effort.
  3. Holy schitt! They took home a lot of hardware. Good Job Schitt's Creek
  4. Sports critics praised him for his performances even after 35, but you have wonder if his longevity was due to the Belichek. Sure he was a dick coach but he was good at making sure he got players to protect/support Brady and it reduced any career ending injuries.
  5. I think the prodigal son metaphor still continues on. From the start the kids were resisting Martin's "influence" (takes a monster to make a monster) then Ainsley succumbs and kills much to Martin's approval and embraced into the fold. And as long as Malcolm holds out and resists from joining the "family business" to the very end until one day he will kill in cold blood he is still the prodigal son. To Martin, killing is a normal thing and Malcolm is abnormal and Martin has to "fix" him. I think when season 2 comes back Martin will still be there to tempt him to return to him.
  6. OMG I just realized even though Endicott is dead, Malcolm still has a pending murder charge and now Ainsley with her own murder case. There better be a season 2 because there are so many tangled threads. Did Ainsley really zone out killing Endicott or was it an act? And considering who her father is I don't think the court is going to go easy on her. Please please please Malcolm. Don't do anything stupid like hide the body in the box or in the secret tunnel. It won't end well
  7. Now THAT'S a cliffhanger. "You're grounded." "He's pouting in his room." Ha! Gil? Nooooooooo. And Jess is truly badass. Wow a real heart twist. Malcolm found the killer but he can't turn Sophie in. He owes her too much. And she gave him the absolution to his guilt. And leave it to Martin to find a way to survive in jail. I guess Ainsley is the heir apparent. That was creepy how she killed Endicott. "My girl..." I think Malcolm would have become a killer but I assume his traumatic encounter with Sophie made sure any desire to murder was killed (no pun intended) out of him. God. Would second season end up with Martin trying to "mentor" Ainsley to encourage her to murder?
  8. This is Martin. There's a reason why Mr. David keeps warning visitors to stay behind the red line. He's been out of the killing business for so long he's hungry for any opportunity to inflict some violence. The efficient way he disarmed the assasin and knocked him down showed the killer is always there.
  9. Augh! Cliffhanger! And only one episode left to resolve it? That smile Martin made to Malcolm just before he popped out the assasin's eyes. I think he missed killing so much. Show. Never change. 1999 Martin was less twitchy then modern day Martin. And just like Endicott predicted he became real squirrely over time. Guess that's why he's desperate for communication/relationship with his family. And I think if he wasn't completely insane in 1999 I think he's honestly unhinged now. "I forbid you from continuing this investigation." Sure Martin. Did Endicott rope Ainsley into his web tempting her like the devil? Or does he plan to kill her? There has to be one ace left for Martin to play. Because I can't believe he'll let Endicott frame his son for murder.
  10. Owen/Teddy/Tom Ugh. I don't know why they had to add that swerve of her accidentally sending her sex noises on the phone. I can't believe they made her that stupid/careless/selfish. She went on and on and on how much she wanted Owen that she left Tom only to have a side sex with Tom. It seems like she's never satisfied with the person she is with and always wanting someone else. She's not "open" to more than one relationship she's just in a constant state of being disatisfied with what she has, like a wandering eye syndrome. I bet the moment she goes back to Tom she'll look back at Owen. And damn the show for making me feel sorry for Owen because irony aside (his own relationship history) he didn't deserve it that way. Teddy was his friend before lover and now I don't think he can trust her again especially she was going to go through with the wedding and act like nothing was going on. They're making his character sympathetic by shredding Teddy's character. The only scenes that took the sour edge of this episode is the resting face patient and Amelia delivering the baby. I wonder, how long was the mental deterioration? Was everything since season premier completely blanked out? Will he remember anything during that time? I'm not saying he should immediately reconcile with Katherine but he seems very bitter as if no time has passed since being fired. Nice touch for Bailey to be there for Amelia's delivery just as George was there for her own.
  11. They began as a family that barely could stand each other and now they became close and honestly care each other. And Stevie has become a business partner/protege and a second daughter to John/Moira. This show has come full circle and they have become better people for it. John Rose telling the town of his gratitude and the town coming together without a second thought. And only in Schitt's Creek and the Rose family where they turn a wedding into a dramatic rollercoaster. But thankfully no Game of Thrones dark turn. We were promised a happy ending (so did David. Ha!) and we got one. Ah! Moira officiating the wedding like Glenda the Good is pope of her own church. And the wedding... David had thought/fretted that his New York friends wouldn't show. Well screw that. He has real friends in Schitt's Creek. And the Jazzagals singing their song is so appropriate. And their vows to each other...I am not crying. The town motto: "Where Everyone Fits In" Fitting. And John's last look at the town... OMG. The tears...
  12. This whole episode had so much feels. The family going their separate ways after being stuck together in one motel room for 6 seasons. The Jazzagals group hug. David tearing up seeing the house. Stevie and David. Alexis and Twyla... I'm not crying... Twyla has money the whole time? Holy cats... Moira amputated herself from her friends makes complete sense. Stevie is the bestest friend ever. And yay David is staying. They won't cut ties to Schitt's Creek completely. And typical the wedding is on the same day of Moira/John's trip to leave town. Alexis rejecting the money from Twyla showed so much growth. She's determined to build something on her own and you know she can do it.
  13. Wait, I'm confused. DId he let her go or did he kill her even after she told him about Endicott. Ha! Edrissa is blatantly flirting with Malcolm and trying to get to know his mother. Wait a second. Gil seeing Jessica with Endicott. Does Gil have feelings for Jessica? Does Martin have a playlist of his kills to remember. Only this show would say what's worse than a serial killer: a billionaire philanthropist. How awful could he be? Sorry Martin, but no matter how terrible Endicott is, you're still a predatory psychopath. I wonder if Endicott brought the Javier's former ballet teacher to kill Javier. Her phone call from the asylum to "Mr. David" (but really Martin) was classic passive aggressive Jessica especially the ref to Page 6. "Ta Tah!" There were a lot of creepy lines. "It's hard to be good when you're better than everyone else." Brrrrr. A chilly in here. "Do not step across the red line." "I can always do more damage" "If you love her. Stop her." How dangerous is Endicott?
  14. I guess this flashback Teddy has a history/pattern for cheating and explain how she can still have feelings for Owen/Kuracik at the same time. Geez, Richard hallucinating reconciling with Catherine is the saddest thing. I guess this medical emergency will make Richard and Catherine reconcile for real The McWidow story was the only interesting thing in this episode and sad. It will only be a matter of time till the writers ruin his character
  15. Oh dear. I don't think Patrick looks happy at the idea of the good news. Please don't let this be the thing that breaks them up. It's great to see John in his element. You can see why he was the business mogul The Rose family doing a prayer circle is the weirdest but the most in character thing I've seen from them. Wouldn't it be ironic that part of the deal is that they have to stay in the motel to oversee it at the ground level and represent the family friendly brand. And so much for Moira's attempt to escape from Schitt's Creek. Wow Roland, for once he was lucid when he told those investers off. He may be a disaster but at least he's loyal. Even if the Rose family can't all move to New York it does look like this might be where Alexis will find her calling.
  16. "Have we ruled out the baby." Oh Martin, never change. Watching Gil bitch that if they had his car they would arrive faster was classic. At least the show is maintaining some continuity. Come on show, Edrissa is the one for Malcolm. She literally saved him from a cork bullet. For a second, when Malcolm was struggling with that perp I thought he would kill him with the knife.
  17. If Alexis doesn't want to do PR work anymore, she could always go around and solve Escape Rooms Alexis trying to copy Moira's accent. No words can describe it. I think David should try new things. He seems to enjoy it more than he would admit. Oh no, it's starting to look like they're breaking up the band. John with his motel franchise, Moira and her career and David and his upcoming wedding and now Alexis is considering leaving to bigger things. I mean I get it, she's grown from being a shallow socialite that she wants to fulfill her dream but I don't want her to forget about Schitt's Creek. This town should be their base/home that Alexis can always come back to.
  18. So if you want to annoy/piss off Martin just say you're going to call Gil as he's the go to Father figure. Eve is definitely connected to the girl in the box (sister?). Does she want to climb in to the box to experience what her sister felt? Demanding visitation rights like Malcolm is still ten, is everyone on the show is treating him like he's a child? The return of hallucination Martin to provide some insights and a creepy set up. "They're not all dead..." "You going to blackmail your way into surgery? That's my boy." Why do I get the feeling that Martin's endgame is to make Malcolm to embrace the darkness and be a killer like him.
  19. Jesus. The characters are over 35 so it's time to stop acting like teenagers. Richard just tell Bailey what is wrong with his hands. And Show, why do you keep bringing up Alex and how necessary he is to them and yet they trashed how his character left. Usually Maggie drives me nuts. But her straight talk to Teddy's self-righteous attitude was coming. Kind of liked her defending Amelia, "She's my sister." Although I wonder how long will Maggie accidentally "spill" Teddy's secret to Owen. I don't know why people tell her anything. What the hell show? You made me go through the ringer of who is the father of Amelia's baby and all this time she had the test and it was Linc's kid the whole time. Stop jerking me around for manufactured drama. You just used this storyline just to create an actual storyline for Owen/Teddy/Tom. Boy Teddy is going to look stupid using the baby as an excuse to run with Tom.
  20. Oh my god. Drunk Diva/Soap Opera character Victor Garber was truly hilarious. For a moment I was worried that Moira would leave the town to do the remake. She should keep doing B-horror films. She has definitely found her niche. And I'm glad she turned down the offer and kept her self-respect now that she found out what they think of her and were using her. "Can't wait until the screener." Even from the start he was dismissive/condescending to her. Her slap (TV and at the bar) was true Moira glory. Poor John. He really wanted to give his son something for the wedding but he can't do that. You could really see the sadness and feeling low about himself. He better get a nom for that. I see this as the start of a new Rose business empire. And it was nice to see Stevie being more pro-active. She cares more than she let on. I hope that they don't leave/forget Schitt's Creek or at least treat the town as their home and base of operation because despite it all this town has made them better people. Even sick/sad place Alexis was on fire as Moira's publicist.
  21. Late into the game right now. We came to see a farewell to Alex episode and instead got a middle finger from the show. Why didn't they just have kill him off. It would have been just as shocking but at least be inspiring and less coming off as a cowardly rat. Character consistency? Who cares? Just create THIS for shock value. I mean who cares whether the character has changed just trash it all. I guess this what happens when you piss off the showrunners. And you know the show is going to push Jo with Linc (UGHHHH).
  22. John may not have been the best dad then but clearly it shows he has changed since season 1. It was heartbreaking to see Alexis finally letting out her feelings about the break-up. Maybe Jocelyn would reconsider working at the Apothecary on the weekend as a side-job? Was Moira wearing her Crowening costume for her Schitt's Creek tourism video?
  23. Jesus, did the a majority of the doctors there develop no impulse control or brain damage? Deluca nearly losing his hands to prove...he's a doctor? Webber mentoring a patient not knowing she's not an intern. Well, he did that to himself. He didn't bother/notice the new crop of doctors so that was irresponsible of him, he took phoning it in overseeing the interns to a new level. And Bailey taking in a kid without warning Ben before he showed up. Ugh, show. You really want to trash Karev's character just to make Jo's abandonment complex on high alert. Why didn't the showrunners just kill him off. Why do I feel like they're pushing her with with Linc so that Amelia ends up with Owen (no no no nononono) And double ugh on Teddy. I mean I would love her to get back with Kuracik but like this? That's soap opera level trashiness. If she's that insecure or unsure FFS go tell Owen or confront Amelia on her suspicions because Owen didn't cheat on her. It's so passive aggressive. I thought Teddy said she hated when Owen wasn't upfront with her that she became a neurotic mess and now this? Because this will only make her look like the cheater and Owen the innocent bystander of something he has no idea what is going on. I also hate this because it's makes Teddy use this new information as an excuse to hook up with Kuracik and that's not cool to use him that way knowing he would take her back in a heartbeat. I mean if she wanted to be with Kuracik just tell Owen she doesn't want to marry him (she should have done that in the first place) instead of sneaking around.
  24. I wonder if they filmed this episode with Peloton in mind. It's sweet how easily the Roses accepted Patrick into their family but hilarious that he's sharing the same bed/room with Alexis' bed next to David&Patrick. Privacy much? Ha. Banana rosé...That's a flavour image I won't be able to get out of my mind. I'm getting flashback flavour trauma just thinking about it. Loved the "hint of tomato" description.
