A bit better. Saw doctor on Tuesday, shoulder in alignment, too soon for bones to heal. New uncomfortable cast on wrist. I really like my PT and OT therapists. Food here is abysmal, even for those not on low sodium restrictions like I am. I have ordered stuff on Amazon to make things easier, as it’s tough for friends ( who don’t live nearby) to go to my apartment and then here to nursing home.

I had a baked sweet potato and a hard boiled egg, the only low sodium food I could eat at this rehab nursing home. And an Ensure. Oh and a few chocolate covered almonds my friend brought me from my apartment on Sunday. Bag was almost done and I finished it off

More frequent Oxy and a new thing for nerve pain. But they all wear off too quickly. Have to see the orthopedic doctor tomorrow for follow up xrays. Kinda scared because I have unwittingly been doing weight bearing things using my elbows and overusing the arm with a cast over the wrist.

Better since the Oxy and Valium kicked in at 9 or so! Thanks for asking.
