  1. I can't figure out how she was ever a model. I mean, I guess she has nice bone structure, but it doesn't seem all that spectacular. I have yet to even find a runway modeling photo of her. She has more of a "glamour" model look like Caprice. l sincerely hope that she gets married to this asshole thinking someday she'll access his billion and ends up leading a pauper life b/c this guy is so cheap he'd rather go to jail and hide his billions than pay a small amount to his ex. Nemo found!
  2. I really liked Terry the first year she was on. But he is such a cackling, gossipy hen. I feel like his whole persona is so phoney. He likes to play the part of the funny, doting every-day Dr. but I suspect he is much different in real life.
  3. So this 46 year-old who once claimed to never buy anything with a "yummie tummie" name bought two items. Haven't tried them yet but saw good reviews so I figured why not? I noticed that both items have a different feel to me than Spanx or any of the other shapewear I've tried. Feels more like fabric and less like spandex. Hope it holds me in!
  4. Agreed. And let's not forget Kristen snapping at the rock climber guy. "That's all you needed to say" or some shit like that.
  5. Watching the formal dinner I'm struck by the fact that Caprice actually can move and seem somewhat dignified in these settings. Sure, she's a poseur but she can pull it off. Noelle thinks, with her phoney every now and then I'll sound Brit accent and her "Scott's estate was like this...full time staff of 20", that she's practically an aristocrat. She is so ridiculous. And that tacky dress! How much alcohol did she pound down? She's not nearly as attractive as she thinks she is. She's the poor man's Portia di Rossi. Juliet just is awkward in any social setting I don't see any redeeming social graces about her. I would find her obnoxious in America so I can't even imagine dealing with her in the UK. Her dress too. How can this woman dress other people? I do think that Caroline and Juliet actually like each other and are friends outside of this. Carolina is a snob but she has grown on me. Caprice with her "one false move and her vagina will fall out" made me giggle. Annabelle was much more likable this episode.
  6. OMG, YES. That explains why someone with that background and money might end up with Julie.
  7. I find Kristin exhausting. I can totally see why Heather gets irritated with her. If you don't want to do a mud race, if you don't want to rock climb, don't do it. No shame in it. But if you decide to get out of your comfort zone and do it, don't be such a fucking baby and expect the world to stop for you and hold your hand all the way. And when she gets on something, she's like a pit bull who won't let go. She was also out of line talking about Heather's relationship with her husband. She essentially made Heather out to be an ogre who runs roughshod over everyone. I'm sure Kristen wouldn't appreciate it if Heather started inserting something about her relationship w/Josh into an argument about a personality clash. Does she even know how to argue effectively? Instead of calling someone an absolute -- bossy -- how about saying, "Heather, I am very annoyed that you took something I wanted us all to have fun with and shot it down..." Criticize the action, not pick on what you perceive as a personality trait.
  8. My apologies! For some reason I thought they were a bit older! I don't think they look it but I just thought they were older! But at 52, they look better than many 30 year-olds
  9. Add me to the list of those who thinks Vicky actually has a nice body, but dresses terribly. She's tall, got a great rack, nice legs, nice arms. And she's up there in years. On TWOP people would criticize Lisa Vanderpump's figure and I couldn't get over it. Both ladies are pushing 60 and have incredible bodies!
  10. Agreed! I'm thinking he must be incredibly homely or he got tired of banging models!
  11. Thanks Juliet and Noelle for helping along with the "ugly American stereotype." Can't stand either one of them I can't figure out how Juliet ever dressed anyone. She dresses so oddball. Frump one minute, daisy dukes the net Nothing attractive about her. Marissa is by far the best dresser out of all of them. But she annoys me with her constant kissing up to the Brits. I actually thought Annabelle looked pretty in the car with not much make-up on. The other new girl -- Julie? -- that is one harsh looking woman in the talking heads. She looked better at the yoga studio. The TH she looks bizarre
  12. I don't disagree that she has reasons to be resentful towards her husband. But she doesn't exactly light up like a light towards everyone else. I enjoy her, but she seems to have a disdain for many things and people. She doesn't ever seem to want to do anything that looks like fun. I think her idea of fun is something that is in the new age holistic crystal homoepathic variety. As far as her coming back to the table, it wasn't so much that the cameras were on her but the fact she said it so loudly in front of guests. She made everyone feel uncomfortable with her terse and tense responses. I've been ticked off at my husband for stuff but sometimes you have to put on a poker face and wait until the coast is clear before you start bringing out, "next time maybe you can not make me look like a bitch." A comment that ironically made her look like a bitch.
  13. Agreed. I think it's funny how she chooses the richest one of them all (well, maybe except for Shannon?) and panders to her about having it all. How about getting with Vicki -- at least she actually grew a business. Again, I would be willing to bet that Lizzie doesn't make a dime off her business. It's probably a money drain. Her husband probably wants to get her pregnant so that maybe she's just too darn busy to sink more money into the sinkhole. I mean, how many fucking swimwear lines are there? She's not reinventing the wheel and the designs that she's shown are tacky and impractical for the most part.
  14. Or how about this? http://fashionguide.md/wp-content/uploads/2013/08/sophia-loren-hairstyle-811x10241.jpg I think her features are so big she needs to have volume -- something other than mermaid hair.
  15. I think a lot of men like the thought of two incomes. My sneaking suspicion is her business is a money drain and they'd be better off if she didn't try to "do it all."
  16. I think Heather has convinced herself that she is on the brink of resuming a thriving acting career but has deluded herself into thinking this has nothing to do with the notoriety of the show. This is why it pissed her off so badly with Gretchen and Alexis telling her that they were also offered roles (the same one she played).
  17. I wasn't even sure he heard the question! I also think that Shannon's big problem seems to be he enjoys being around everyone but her. I'd be willing to bet he married his mother and now he's tired of the nit-picking so he tunes her out. He can't even compliment her without it being an issue -- remember the you look nice in that dress comment which she turned into a discussion and then tears about a boob job. I also wonder if the dynamic in their marriage has changed. He came from a humble background, she has family wealth (I think right?). Maybe she always felt she had the upper hand in the marriage because of that and now he has created a successful business and now she no longer has that upper hand and is insecure?
  18. Lizzie is just so harsh looking. I'd love to cut her hair, maybe a cute bob and soften her features. She looks so drag queen. So the reason for the robot baby scene is for Tamra to have her lightbulb moment: Turns out I'm too old for this shit!
  19. I'm so conflicted with Shannon. On one hand, I love her sense of humor, and she does have one. But holy hell, if you don't want people to see tension in your marriage, coming back to a table and saying something like "try not to make me look like a bitch" isn't the way to do this. Girl does not own a poker face and that is going to kill her marriage. Sometimes you have to pick your battles and give your bitchface a rest.
  20. This episode was Noelle's "I love Scott even though I have to wait for his billions." Her talking about the "side" to Scott no one ever sees and then her attempts to show her intimacy with him were laughable. Meanwhile, how much plastic surgery has she had? Her eyebrows are up to her hairline. I bet she is much older than she admits to. The muse of McQueen also looks like a plastic granny. She's just irritating. Nothing spectacular about her.
  21. I think he is very good looking but just has the charm of a door knob.
  22. I love Heather, but she is a bit of a know-it-all. Hell, remember her coaching a professional photographer during Carole's photoshoot? I think she's very bright, but she doesn't know her limitations either. I personally think she is in a business of beauty and she's really not attractive facially. I think she overcompensates everywhere else.
  23. That interchange with Shannon was so bizarre. I don't hate Heather but it made me hate her. How do you see a woman clearly in pain over something you were supposedly a part of and not have an ounce of sympathy? Shannon didn't go off half-cocked. She seemed much more interested in knowing who it was that betrayed her trust.
  24. David's joke was thoughtless though. I can't imagine as a parent saying anything even in jest that would make my kid feel second best. I have to wonder if David pulled the Kelsey Grammer approach -- get his wife involved in something like RH so she has something of her own and something to keep her busy while he sets up home with a new girl.
  25. I agree. I looked up some of her older photos and she just looks, well, blonde. Nothing special.
