90 Day Fiancé: Self-Quarantined
sasha206 replied to OnceSane's topic in 90 Day Fiancé: Other Spinoffs & Specials
I agree. I think there's a big difference in mourning some of the things you miss (esp. as a teenager) and being like Vanessa Hudgens "some people are going to die" comments. -
S12.E05: Not So Model Behavior

I saw it and thought her taste is God awful. But then, I've always thought her home was tacky AF. -
If he wanted just a sex vacation, he could go do that fairly cheaply, less intrusively, and less humiliatingly by heading to the bunny ranches of Las Vegas; yes, he'd have to pay and TLC wouldn't. Unless he likes the wooing aspect, sex wasn't an automatic with Rose nor any woman he isn't paying for. He just knows that in order to get the younger women, he's going to have to keep that not wanting kids detail out until he meets them and then has has to hope that person will decide he America is more imporant that kids.

I loved JiggAerobics kid, but from what I saw of the workout (which was very little of it) it didn't look that different, exciting. And he really doesn't have the body of a fitness instructor -- he looked so small. I have a feeling this won't catch on like Zoomba. -
It was hilarious! And his buzz words and phrases: you aren't hearing my pain...or listening to my pain... He also likes to use the word "construct."
-
I watched that segment and didn't see "ragey." Defensive, yes. Ragey, no. But I still maintain this is a fake story he's acting. He didn't seem as upset as he should to learn from a private investigator what he heard.
-
I think I'm just too skeptical, but I really don't believe this was Erika's coming out story to the family. I do believe they are sweet and supportive, but I doubt this was her first coming out. In fact, I would be willing to bet the sort of look of surprise was that Stephanie didn't have pink/blue/green hair and no piercings and this is her "partner."

I love how Ash, because she questioned his masculine/feminism mumbo jumbo, now decides to go with the "you hurt people" to Avery. It's like he wants to make sure we all think that she's only critiquing his bullshit b/c she gets off on causing people pain! What a fucking loser. Geoffrey's hair. It seems very Hair Club for Men to me.

I'm one of those people that have cautioned against diagnosing everyone with on the spectrum, but I definitely got that feeling with Kensley. I couldn't even believe this was the same daughter. I thought she was much younger based on her first 90 day F appearance and was shocked to see her this episode. -

I would add racist. She didn't just give some guy her coat, it was a black guy she saw in the restaurant. In her mind, he didn't fit in. So he worked there. -
Ah, I thought OP was talking about the conversation with the friend that picked him up that the airport! I gotta go back and see the translator friend. I still maintain this guy is a failed actor/comedian and this is faked.
-
Rage? He laughed during that conversation. He wasn't raging and didn't even seem angered. He hugged the guy after.
-
Exactly. What she was really hoping for is that he'd give her the letter, she'd refuse it, and then he comes back, swoops her up in his arms, tells her he was so wrong and then begs for her forgiveness. Happily ever after. When that didn't happen, it's time to reach out!

I suspect that Emily was always chunky growing up which is why her sister was really side eyeing Sasha. I feel like Emily met Sasha when she was uncharacteristically skinny and when it love, it's easier to be motivated. Now she's a mom, now she is married to Sasha and probably realizes he's no prize, and she just doesn't give a fuck about becoming the (too) skinny woman she was when she met him. She's going to eat the cheetos and whatever she wants. I think she'll blame the baby and her work for not being able to get back to her pre-mom, early Sasha days. Not fat shaming her; it's hard to stay in shape with a toddler. But Emily is def now in the stage of not caring. Sasha will give her a break for a little bit b/c she's a new mom but he's already getting worried. Her comment "will you love me if I'm 225" or something like that is telling. -
People will do anything to get on TV. Hell, there was an ad during this program for "Smothered" in which a mom and daughter talked about showering together. People will do ANYTHING. He absolutely looked like he was going to burst into laughter.telling his friend his need for "closure." I do not believe this AT ALL.
-
OMG, I wasn't looking at the TV when the show was on as I was cleaning, but I'm listening to Baby Girl Lisa talking about Rose...and then I realized that it was actually Big Ed's voice. Fuck, they are almost voice doubles! Meanwhile, the voice that drives me the craziest is Rose's. That horrible monotone! (No spoilers, just listen to her voice) The scene with David and his friend, David looked like he was going to burst out in laughter talking to his friend. I do not believe this is a true storyline. I believe Dave is punking us.

They do say money only magnifies who you are. I feel like once Beth became a success, she lost the humility that she had. And she became much more neurotic than before. I'm sure being an entrepreneur, even a very successful one, is a tough life in many ways. I wonder if Beth was the type of person who thought: If I have money I'll finally be happy. What do you do when you finally achieve and have a level of wealth you've always wanted and still aren't happy? That said, I love that Beth has become a philanthropist. I don't care if there's an ulterior motive behind it (not saying there is) but she's really digging in and helping instead of counting her dollars. Maybe this is where true happiness for her is. -

Sorry yesterday for my bitchiness regarding Tinsley and being protected class. Maybe I have a little Dorinda in me and I'm subconsciously jealous of that incredible body on her. -

I totally agree. I admire Leah's mom for being able to do that. So few parents stop enabling their children who are substance abusers. -

Yes, after I posted this, I was corrected and agree! She has indeed hurt people. Tinsley is a very nice person.
