    That jump-off was so exciting! And I love that the horses get to come out to the podium, too. Even if they only get ribbons.

    I think my favorite Equestrian event is Individual Dressage. Loved the dancing horses -- and the music chosen (in most cases) was absolutely perfect for their routines.

    Maybe it was just the camera angle, but it looked like she nearly hit her head on the dismount.

    She is lucky that that's the total of her injuries. And I'm pretty astounded that that's all, too. But I'm glad. I was so worried when she wasn't moving!

    This is the first time I've seen Simone Biles compete -- I'm amazed at the height she gets.

    I guess I get that the announcers need to keep announcing the rest of the race, but I do wish someone would update them on that crash so they could update us.

    I fenced briefly for fun in college (foil only), so I enjoy it. I really like watching sabre, and wish I'd gotten the chance to learn it. ETA: Damn, Massialas. So close.

    The last time they showed her, she still wasn't moving. I hope she's okay, too, but that just looked terrible.

    Mapping the cycling course to include a stretch of cobblestones was positively evil.
