  1. Where are the walkers that had silicone implants? What about walkers that had been pregnant when they turned? What about walkers with dentures?

  2. I was reminded of TWD when I saw this; it makes me wonder if this is a favorite dilemma of scriptwriters. Just like a female character on a show has 2 choices: the handsome forbidden guy or the logical long-time friend.

This was one of the 2 women that the lead male character had for his romantic possibilities:

    Sound familiar to anyone else?

  3. Your TV, lights, and other compatible devices turn themselves off when your fancy wristwatch senses you've fallen asleep.

So that you wake up terrified that someone came in the house?

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOh, except I am amishfitbit. As in "fit" in general is against my religion. Fitbit is one of them new fangledy things them kids on my lawn gots. And I'm poor so I don't even turn on my lights. In my day we clapped our hands to turn off the lights and tv. CLAP ON! CLAP OFF! the clapper :D

And my grandma, she had a donkey and the donkey turned a wheel to burn the candle. and when the donkey was tired my grandma was the donkey.

In my day, when we wanted to paint the walls of our place in France, we had Og dip his hair in the tar pit  and Unungh would put a coal from the fire on top.

    Good times.

  4.  this actress also played the lady that was in Speed and got blown up trying to get off the bus, right?

also plays child molester on Criminal Minds .

Beth Grant, who played Gracie Leigh the storekeeper, appeared in a well-known episode of Criminal Minds---"Mosley Lane".

  5. Ha! So funny. Because I have willpower like that. [/sarcasm]

I am afraid to click on the link for the same reason I didn't want to go check imdb - since I haven't seen the show, is that list early-season 1 spoiler free? Or pretty much like imdb, where I will end up seeing how many episodes each person was on, or a big STATUS update like

"DALE McGROCERY-ORPAHN Teenage part-time employee at grocery mart and part -time train bandit. Virgin. CURRENT STATUS: Presumed Dead in the Great Velociraptor Attack 2 months after the blasts"

Oh dear. It does list # of episodes!--Thanks, I think I'll spoiler tag it.

  6. YES! This is for all the people who don't know of him and keep asking What's the big deal about this guy? Why is everybody screaming like he's a rock star?

He's better than a rock star.

The end, when Lennie James just kept dipping into the drawer of thumbtacks, that just killed me. Watching his hand slide down over LA before settling on San Diego - it was like all of my LA friends were just (briefly) spared. And then when the hand kept going back but we didn't see where he was pinning them, I got so sad. Seriously, Lennie James officially and literally has more acting ability in his right hand than most on tv.

You said it, Lennie James does something where he doesn't even make a facial expression yet something is happening and you feel it!

I love the push-pin scene; who knew push pins and a few fingers could create so much tension!

  7. I do need to go back and watch again for all those names! Eek.

Here is your character list and the actors who play them.

Notice that this show manages to have many characters and serve them all quite well with their own story arcs, backstories/characterization.

this is a list that includes number of episodes each is in so it could spoil by telling how long someone is in the show. DO NOT OPEN IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE SPOILED!!

I'm forcing myself to stop for the night, but I'm hooked!

Lennie James's character is the most interesting to me right now. (A) I'm coming to this as a TWD season break binge (not that it will last long into the hiatus); (B) I am having fun coming up with scenarios for what his big secret is.

Right now my guess is that his wife is the mole!

I had this idea that it would keep us busy and we could watch one episode a week.

Then I realized no one will wait 7 days to watch the next ep!

    It is addictive!

  8. Yes, he seems to, so far. He hasn't figured it all out yet, which is a plus. Heh. Oh, and I didn't mean he hated the Hawkins girl, but the girl that had the house party (eta: Skylar) and was mean to the guy from Continuum.

I do need to go back and watch again for all those names! Eek.

I, so far, find the relationship between Dale (! I just imdb'd him, and he is the one from Continuum) and the older grocery store lady kind of weird.

Oh, and Eric. Maybe the "good son" but I do not love the affair stuff!

    I want to slap Eric.

    I want to slap Skylar.

The Dale/Grocery Lady--Grace--arc gets better and better! mwuahahaha!

  10. The prequel could just be one episode.

The virus begins on October 31st, and all over America people hear noises on the front porch, grab a bowl of Goo Goo Clusters and Smarties and open their doors...

    *screen fades to black".

  11. That messes with my head becaus I liked tru calling and znation is meh. Oh snap I have no cw Channel. Seriously the cw has had a blue screen and Muzak for months and months saying "no need to call for service. We are working on the problem" I did call and apparently they can't do anything for me. Won't hook me up to east or west coast feed because technically I have a channel. Makes no sense.

I will look. But still! What can function as a business "out of order, please wait a bazillion years?"

Only thing I could say I watch was supernatural and just been waiting on it to die. Only time I remember my cw took a dump is when the dvr thinks it's recorded a supernatural And I go look.

When you can't get a response, go over their head.

The CW is a jointly owned network (CBS and Warner Bros )

I know they don't run your service provider. But they own CW, and CW currently has an eight figure loss. Yet their programming honcho is excited about the fall season and says he isn't worried about the network running in the red. (*snorts*)

Tell how much you would love to be a viewer. But you can't. And why.

Mention that you post about this problem on forums with heavy traffic, and add if you are on facebook or other social media and if you post on blogs or zombie fansites or whatever, and how many people you tell to not bother with their shows, even if their service provider still provides them.

Because you think this is a sign that the whole thing is going to fold up

Say how sad your are that they are not going to be able to keep shows available if the local providers can't even get them or no longer want to.

It doesn't matter if this is not the case; they should read what viewers think is what is happening.

    http://www2.warnerbros.com/web/main/help/customer_service.jsp

    http://www.cbs.com/feedback/

You didn't say---and do not have to---who your service provider is. Look that up, then look up their parent company corporate website and get online feedback contact or better yet a phone #.

That's what I did when I got bad service from my provider I called the corporate home office number of the parent-owner and left a message on the voicemail. I got a call back very fast and got my service fixed and every so often they call and ask if things are working alright.
