Final bake of the week, a batch of strawberry & pistachio. After going from one extreme to another with the previous two, heh, normal service has resumed; aka pinks, white and green seems to be my jam, yo.

And now for something completely different; after the mellow vibe of an all white 'wedding' theme... Welcome to a vibrant and colourful summer tropical island vibe! Vanilla sponge with vanilla buttercream, dressed up and ready to paartay (proof vanilla doesn't have to be, er, vanilla, heh).

After a break, baking resumed today with a batch of apple & cinnamon cupcakes. I've also baked a batch of vanilla, and strawberry + pistachio, piping in progress...
