Put the case in front of a bunch of single moms who only wish the Dad was involved with their kid as much as Jason and the jury will return a not guilty in ten minutes. In fact put it to a jury of coma victims who after listening to Bethenny shriek and wail will never believe a word that she says.

If he did what has been claimed by the always hysterical and usually untruthful Bernadette then he should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Of course she is very rich and the courts bend into pretzels to accommodate the rich and powerful. We have to wait until it is put before a jury of his peers. He feels he is totally innocent and wants a trail. I don't think he will opt for a bench trial. If he goes before a New York Jury I bet he will walk scott free from the charges ginned up by compliant prosecutors and high priced shysters.

Jason will never be on Bravo because of the gag order and because Bethenny would never let him tell his side of the story. It is always a three story house. His story. Her story. The truth which is somewhere in between but not anything that partisans will be interested in.

Hannah is getting the bad edit for sure. I don't understand why none of the guys in two seasons would want to hook up with her. She has a rockin' body and seems DTF! Sometimes people get tired of the life they led and want to change. Somehow I don't think that Luann is going to whine. If anything she will walk away. I am sure they kept their assets separate. Why can't we wish them well. There is so little happiness in this world why begrudge someone a chance to find it in another no matter how damaged that person might be. Who are we to do that? Bethenny?

As I understand it to bring a lawsuit you have to have what they call "Standing." Standing or locus standi is the term for the ability of a party to demonstrate to the court sufficient connection to the law or action challenged to support that party's participation in the case. I would think you should have "standing" in order to give love advice to your girlfriend. Which one of these mooks has that? Bethenny? Ramona? Sonja? They need to leave Luann alone for crying out loud.

Malia is doing what Rocky did. She is acting like the coquette and getting all the dimwits hot and bothered. The bosun is the one who really screwed up. Getting involved with a direct subordinate is a recipe for disaster. If I were the Captain and found out about that I would have to seriously question his derangement and let him go. This relationship opens the boat up to sex discrimination and sexual harassment suits and all kinds of nonsense. It is never acceptable in this litigious day and age. I think Bobby is missing a bet by not hooking up with Hannah. She is definitely into him and he would get a really good edit. She is far and away the most attractive of the girls in my humble opinion. But I guess that is because Malia looks like a kid to me and not someone a full grown man should be chasing.

Here's an unpopular opinion as far as tipping goes. I am like the guy in the white shirt and bad toupee who said just give the money and forget about it and covered for the other guys shortfall. I always over tip because I had worked in the hospitality industry and know how hard these guys work. But the bald headed douche guy is getting a bum rap. The way I figure it is that they were talking about $200 a person for the tip. Not just $200. That's nine people to tip at $200 or $1800. If this guy has to pay for himself and his wife that $3600 for one day. Not something to sneeze at. Now this guy felt disrespected. He was older and was not into the water sports. He probably didn't even want to be on this trip but his wife roped him into it to be on TV. He just wanted to sit inside out of the wind and have an espresso martini. So then they tell him to get out of the lounge because they have to put some leaves and shit on the table. What's up with that? Then they want him to dress in a toga? I mean that is fine if you are a kid but not if you are in your sixties. The staff can dress up like monkeys because they are getting paid the big bucks and are on TV. But this poor guy just wanted to have his drink in peace. He doesn't have to feel foolish and then have to over pay for the privilege. It seems that this crew is a bunch of misfits and scewups. They almost drift on the rocks. They foul the anchor. They get a guest injured. They bitch and moan about what people want to eat and their food preferences. Plus how cold is the water in Croatia? I know it is not as warm as the Caribbean. There seems to be bad weather on every charter so far. Is that just bad luck? Or is Croatia not a place you want to be on a boat? The scenery and the towns seem absolutely stunning and I would love to go there. I just don't know if I want to freeze my nuts off when I feel off the Banana boat and broke my ribs. I might just want to set on the couch and look at the scenery and have a Martini. What I have to leave and go to my cabin because you have to decorate? Now don't get me wrong. When somebody says it's not about the money then it is always about the money. But I can see where the guy was kinda pissed and balked about dropping $3600 in tips for one day that he really didn't enjoy. I wish I were more like him. I would pay the money without a murmur. But I don't think the guy was totally out of line if he hated the experience as much as he seemed to in the highly edited scenes that we witnessed on this trip.

All I know is I don't hear him in the media. I don't hear the "anonymous source" trashing Bethenny which would be real easy for him to do since the tabloids would love it. I do see her getting her flying Monkey Carole to throw out a skewed interpretation on National Television. This is all subject to litigation and the courts. I don't believe for one minute Bethenny's version of the facts. Lets see what the courts decide. You don't know what went on any more than I do. We only know Bethenny's version that she is spewing in an underhanded way in violation of the court order. Lets see what happens. In any event this is the wrong thread for this. This should be about how Dorinda left her Cake and Carole out in the rain. Both of them sort of look like they were melting.

Exactly right. The more you try to influence your child into hating your ex the more the kid is going to resist. Especially as you say when they become teenagers and want to rebel. Bethenny is an epic control freak and you can bet that the teenage rebellion is going to be epic. The kid is going to compare the venom that Bethenny spews to her own experience. You don't win when you constantly denigrate the other side. The only way to win is to be a better more generous kinder person. If you do that then everything will be all right. If you are a bitter self righteous shrew with no friends other than the one you pay you will end up a lonely sad loser with a bunch of cats. You know. Like Carole.

Luann is a cool chick. That is why she can have a good relationship with the ex-husbands and former lovers. She is not all "uncool" like some people who have to sue their exes and can't be in the same room as them because of a restraining order. Be cool....don't be all.....uncool.

Emotional blackmail is the only mail Bethenny will be getting from her kid when she grows up because she is going to treat Bethenny the way Bethenny treats her own mom. KIds learn how to treat their parents from how they see those parents treat their parents if you know what I mean. Bethenny is setting the example and she should hope and pray that her kid doesn't treat her the same way. It would be very Poetic Justice.

The reason to not give her the benefit of the doubt is her performance on this show. Does she give Luann the benefit of the doubt when she shrieks at her that she is a whore and a pimp and a liar and a fool? Did she give Jules the benefit of a doubt when she went after her for her disease? Instead of offering compassion and friendship. When did you ever see Bethenny display an ounce of compassion or kindness. You see snark. Nasty bitchy comments. In this episode alone you saw where she is at. She is no sooner in the door than she wants to leave. She only stayed because of a contractual obligation. Maybe instead of handing out the pitchforks and torches to the mob to attack Frankenluann she could have said something like "Maybe we can give this a rest. We told Luann how we feel and she is still getting married. Maybe we can show her some kindness and not try and drag her through the mud. Nah. Look I got some texts from someone I never heard of that I can use to torture Luann. Only you do it. I looked bad last year. I want to torture her but I don't want my fingerprints on it. Let Ramona and Sonja do it. They are stupid enough and thirsty enough to do it for airtime."

There is a way that normal people handle overbearing in-laws. You talk with you husband or wife and you compromise. You give a little and get a little. Who in the congregation thinks that Bethenny ever gave an inch. That she only wanted to go to visit when the cameras were there because she wants to approximate being a human being. She could have taken a different approach. She could have embraced being part of a family. Of being included. Of being important in an extended family unit. She could have been the beloved daughter in law and mother of the light of the lives of an extended family group. Instead she has her assistants and her driver and the people who are paid to be her friend on TV.

I remember it that way too. Most grandparents want to see their grand children as much as possible. I used to walk down the street to see my grandma every day. I wish she were still alive so I could go visit her today and she could make me meatballs and macaroni. Of course Bethenny would never compromise. She would never adapt. She would never have compassion for Jason's parents who lost a child and admittedly were overcompensating with Brynn. She could have gently changed the dynamic. Bethenny is first and foremost all about Bethenny. Of course she doesn't ever want to visit with her own mother. Her only relationships are with the penis of the month and people she pays to be her friend. But you know what? What goes around comes around. When her daughter gets older she will compare what happens when she is with her Dad and his parents in the heartland and what she has with her tuning fork of a neurotic mess of a mother who is looking for the next apartment to move to and she will follow in her mothers footsteps and avoid her at all costs. You reap what you sow.

Well he has access to a yacht. I mean he can borrow it and pretend it is his. Sort of like Bethenny and a soul.

I don't Luann has anything on Dorinda. Dorinda is just not invested in tearing her down. Plus she wants to film with her and after all she was the only one who was invited to the wedding. I know it is hard to believe but maybe Dorinda likes Luann and Tom and wishes them well. I know that is a stretch but there you are.

If she is happy then what's the problem. It's nobodies business but her. But I understand why Bethenny and Ramona have to be outraged. Losing these so called friends is no loss at all. Haters gotta hate.

Do you know how a force field works? It lets attacks bounce off you. It seems to be bouncing off Luann. She got married. All of the attempts to slut shame, defame, break up or otherwise destroy their relationship didn't matter. It bounced off of her. They couldn't do it. She got to the chapel and got married and the haters can still hate. Good for her.

Luann has a protective force field that is the best I have seen since Sue Storm. I mean everything is just bouncing off her this year and it is driving these women crazy. Bethenny is at her wits end. Of course she has nowhere to go with her hectoring invective after last season when she shrieked that Luann was a whore, a pimp and that she stank of elderberries. I mean what else could she say.
