I just watch this. I didn't like their final cut but hey, that's life, right?

I just finish season 6 and hate to see it (the series) end like this. 3 episodes I felt were fillers to take up time, It feels to me the writers just ran out of ideas and steam.

Man! They didn't announce the team this week? I was hoping they'll do it this week and get it over with. Now we have to wait another week. This is torture! p.s. another thing I don't like after watching this series for years is the way they sugar coat it before cutting someone. You are a strong dancer, you are photogenic, everyone loves you, you have talent, you have improved, you are pretty, BUT tonight is your last night. Just come out and say it. All that sugar coating gives them hope for nothing.

I don't agree with the way Kelli handled Alora. She got an invite to audition at the other place. Doesn't mean she made the team yet. I can see Alora not telling them yet because like I have always been taught, don't quit one job before you get another. I feel Kelli put Alora on the spot and forced her out and then she wants to say she is disappointed in Alora not being honest or up front with them?

Is that next week's episode? I think I know who is the veteran that quit. I won't spoil it but I think I know. If it's the same veteran I am thinking about. it was a shock to me. If anyone here know who she is, don't say it!!

Thank you. Also in a couple of past season the episode where they they announce the squad was not the final episode. In Season 7 for example they announced the new squad in Episode 8. Then they had 3 more episodes: doing the swimsuit calendar in Mexico in Episode 9; preparing and practicing for the first pre-season home game in Episode 10; preparing and practicing for the first regular season home game and doing a halftime show in Episode 11.

This week was Episode 7 and next week is Episode 8. Last year Season 15 it was only 8 episodes because of the Covid and they cut corners and did video auditions so there were not those initial first 2-3 episodes devoted solely to auditions at the AT&T stadium before picking the training squad. The previous seasons 12, 13 and 14 were 13 episodes each and Season 11 was 8 episodes. I would think with Episode 8 next week we should be closed to the final episode where they pick the squad.

Is a Rookie or Veteran making the show group also a guarantee spot on the final squad ?

Is Gibbs gone or not? He is still shown as the lead cast member in the opening credit montage.

I watched this series from the beginning for 420 episodes. I won't be watching it anymore. It's like The X-Files after Duchovny left at the end of Season 7 of 11 or CSI after William Petersen left at the end of season 9 of 15. They were just not good shows anymore no matter who they brought in.
