I also give Christina credit. She was a lot more kind, gentle and willing than I would've expected her to be. To the point where I genuinely feel sorry for her that she was paired with him.

I still think Karen is 40, not 30. I mean, fuck, 4 years is nothing. Makes more sense to me if she's older to be focusing on his youth. I also don't get her 10 serious relationship is something to be concerned about. Serious doesn't mean any of them resulted in an engagement. It just means you finally have a guy that treats a relationship as meaningful and isn't playing around like your last boyfriend. On Olivia, def. some rigidity. I don't think she's nearly as adventurous and unsure about children as she says she is. I don't feel like she's authentic.

I agree with others that Brett is playing a role, but wishing he had a supermodel wife. When she mentioned playing soccer and being fast, you could see his look of surprise. I think he seems suprised someone who says she works out a lot that isn't all that toned. I think he was also surprised at her doing well with the monkey bar thing. (She looks great, but she def looks like someone who has been or will be chunky). The fact that he as actively dating after going through this process shows you how serious this is for him. What he did right here was be honest about it. I actually like that Henry as concerned about Brett. He saw the hounddog.

I don't think Brett is really gaga over Olivia; as someone else says, he reads off her special qualities as if he's reading off a label. I don't get chemistry between the two of them. But why do I also feel like Olivia is not being her authentic self? There's something off to me about her even though she appears great. Not seeing the great fun with her though. I like Amelia and Bennett. They are cute together. I don't understand casting Henry. There is nothing amusing about someone who has zero personality. Karen should do the opposite of her gut instinct. Didn't her last boyfriend have a child while in the relationship with her? I love Woody and Amani. They've got great chemistry! I don't find her voice annoying at all. The voice I find irritating is Olivia's baby doll voice.

I didn't like that episode at all, and thought I was going to hate her going forward. But I generally like her. Is she too vulgar at times, sure. But so was Beth. I think a lot of what we were seeing is amped up so she can stay, but most of the cast are amping it up. I think she has some good talking heads. I liked that she told Dorinda she was wrong even though Dorinda wasn't having it. I think she'll settle in and be great next season! I totally get why people may not like her, but I think she's pretty much fitting in except age.

I agree with you 100% on hormonal aspect of menopause. For me, I had this intense sexual desire (boyfriend was happy about that) also very emotional. For me, emotional before menopause was just weepy but during the early stage of menopause, I had a couple of incidences where I was very hostile. Now I'm back to normal emotionally and unfortunately that intense sexual desire has left me. I don't think this is what is going on with Dorinda though. She's 55 and likely already through it already and her hormones settled. I think what we're seeing is her being in the throes of alcohol addiction. She could hide it before, but now it's impacting her every day. Her defensiveness tells me she knows deep down she has a problem but doesn't want to quit.

I'm also struggling to figure out why she doesn't fit in. Other than being more youthful than them and maybe not as wealthy as some, she fits in to me. I'm old, but I want to see some youth mixed in.

But Haley fucking another cast member wasn't an issue at that time. And Haley being about physical contact doesn't mean Josh was. He seemed rather shocked by Cathy being upset. And if Cathy is just learning that sex doesn't necessarily lead to love, than she's even more of an idiot. Usually women learn that lesson a lot earlier in life. Josh is not legally married. None of them are unlike the American MAFS. So it's an expendable dating relationship.
