While I hope that Vivian isn’t letting that moment define her etc etc, that post was a bit too long and dramatic for me to buy its truthfulness. and I agree with other posters- her loving the cameras turned on her but you have to know that’s a risk of reality tv! but also, when I watched the Kelli and Judy video- what stuck out to me most was I truly think the biggest “laugh “ moment - they are laughing at Kellis face, in response to the poem, and not so much at Vivian directly. Still maybe in poor taste but not necessarily this big offensive thing where they laughed at her. I was more embarrassed for Malena than Vivian, in that video...

Kat looked good in this episode (to me, an untrained eye). But I agree in other weeks she was on the hot mess express as well. They said Madeline did a weird head roll and then slow mo’ed her looking absolutely gorgeous .... confusing to me for sure! I really like Madeline and I hope she comes back!

I agree that the pastor scene was odd. I feel like they were in a rock and a hard place a bit- the schedule for the girls is set before they get into TCC. They don’t likely have time to miss a field rehearsal, no matter how big the tragedy, (which is why this was squeezed in before a rehearsal, on a film night, and not with the girls in business attire etc ). But also, if they didn’t do anything to acknowledge the crash, it would come off as insensitive too. Or, what if it ends up affecting Shaina’s performance (totally reasonable if it does!), we’d need to know why, and then we’d wonder why they don’t tell us? I’m glad they had it, but I agree that it’s too bad it was filmed. I’d give Kelli the benefit of the doubt here though and guess that it was supposed to be private and CMT got wind and took over. Just my overly optimistic opinion probably. I’m very interested in how the remaining cuts happen. I think Madeline’s power could be worked on but Meredith is a mess and Madeline gets cut?? I don’t get it.

I think this too, and I think she’s doing it because she’s trying really, really hard at breaking the habit of saying “um”. I’ve never heard her say “um”. But if I was trying to stop saying it- that’s how I would talk as well!!! It’s a hard habit! Unfortunately, I also think her dancing is like this- she’s trying so hard to do it perfect that she’s thinking too much. I’m glad she makes the team, I’ve been her fan since her cut last season was handled so well by her. ETA: I think she will benefit by being on the team, not being assessed under such scrutiny

I think that M was saying the DCC ball rolling too, as in, I probably only have 2-3 years of my life to look this good so I better do DCC now. Even “older” 20 year olds can do Broadway 🤦‍♀️. Kelli is overly harsh with her without reason for sure. I also don’t believe Kelli’s BS crying, I’m sure other girls have said “you have my future in my hands” or at least something semi similar (kelly that didn’t make it but tried our 5x, went to TC 1x comes to mind) . You’ve never cried before?? and finally re: Christina. I feel like Kelli would’ve (should have?) known she was working a new FT job an hour away?

Oh, and Kelli? Your precious Jacie went on to be a Rockette. You better believe DCC was a stepping stone for that! Funny how that doesn’t offend you!??

I have so many words about this episode and not enough time to type them. 1) the girls really talked about Evans positivity- I’m sure they’d all prefer him to be their coach and choreographer. Positivity is probably not the word one usually uses to describe TCC. 2) MEREDITH. Ok, listen, as a PP said, people can’t help when they cry. BUT CMT STOP SHOWING US. We get it, she’s a sad sad sob story. It will be tragic when she’s cut or triumphant if she makes it (how this would happen is ???). Either way, we get it. PLEASE STOP SHOWING HER CRYING. 3) loved getting to see rookie Taylor dance! 4) more dancing in general was nice. 5) (I’m going to have to rewatch to remember what else but I’ll end on this) KELLI WHY DO YOU HATE (rookie)MADELINE ? That was so bizarre. I felt like Judy’s face was like “whoa, are we about to cut this girl?” Because Kelli was so harsh. She’s beautiful and not super powerful but so is Meredith and you’re always giving her pep talks. Also, you know what isn’t going to bring power out of someone?? Telling them that no choreographer has picked them.

On another thread (I think it was the spoiler thread) someone mentioned heather Having been involved in drama last year... I can’t recall them showing anything on the show?? Someone have info for me that I might’ve missed? IIRC you’re talking about Amy doing the jump splits when they were supposed to be marking it. I believe it happens in season 12 last episode or close to it.

Speculation on the spoiler thread about “where is this going”. I like your ideas though!! I doubt Christina tried to quit. After watching Pluto tv for the last week, I’m imagining they will have to give her the figurative boot. 😉
