It seemed out of place as a plot device. It didn't stop DeKaan from calling off her legal team. It was Sarah quitting the testing of the water that did the trick. So, why the phone call? I have no idea. Maybe, it's something that might be revisited. Especially after Sarah got her face splattered by some really unpleasant goo. She might go back on her word or she could just give the guy the funds needed to get the testing done. I love the idea of the show more than I actually like the show.

Thanks for explains that. I will admit I was confused by the cut away from the close up to the long shot. I liked how Red preferred to die over going back to the Saviors. I didn't know if she was afraid of what Negan might do to someone she cares about as what he surely would've seen as a fairly on her part. I'm surprised one of Negan's people have just risen up and offed him.

Sums up the show rather well. I use to believe Cal was the villain of the piece. However, week after week, Sarah is giving Cal a run for the money and hasn't even committed murder...yet.

I got a case of giggles watching the season finale. Specifically the dinner at the end of the episode. It confirmed for me that these ladies, probably don't spend time with Cait outside of filming the show. They were having these tearfully goodbyes, and all I could think was, 'It's not like you're never going to see each other again.' But, then the thought occurred to me, 'Probably not. If this show isn't going to be renewed. They probably are saying their goodbyes.' I hope the show comes back for another season. I think there's a lot of potential here. And, I'd probably enjoy it more if it became an ensemble sort of show. I'll miss you Chanda most of all.

Regarding Nev and the punch incident, the girl stated that she was making out with her girlfriend at her party. Nev started taking pictures and being obnoxious. She asked him to stop but she refused and they got into an argument. Which ended up with Nev hitting her. Which is why I thought he was full of crap when he lectured Joanna about hitting Ana/Bo. He can't even keep his hands to himself or at least couldn't for one known incident.

Big Ang has been diagnosed with stage for brain and lung cancer. Her family has set up a gofundme account to raise money for alternative treatments. She's no longer responsive to the stand treatment methods. Very sad. http://ohnotheydidnt.livejournal.com/100121970.html
