  1. Yeah, what did Carly even do? Didn’t the pilot just happen to come into Kelly’s and randomly tell her about it? It’s not like she was researching the judge or following him around and found out that info. Hell, she didn’t even ask Alexis to help, Sonny did.
  2. IA. Anna/Sonny have been regularly sharing scenes for a few months now and I don’t see any romantic chemistry between them but I don’t think that’s where they’re going. I think Sonny just needed a new “friend” with Jason dead and Dex is way too young to fulfill the best friend role. Pretending like Anna and Sonny have been super close all this time was stupid though when we’ve never seen it and it makes Anna look like a hypocrite.
  3. I’m sure he does but since Sam never liked Valentin or had any sort of familial relationship with him, I doubt she or her kids interacted with Charlotte as a relative either. Sam didn’t even like that Alexis became close to Valentin. It’s clear she only thinks of Charlotte as Rocco’s sister/Dante’s ex stepdaughter and not her relative so I’m not surprised that Danny does as well. They likely never interacted before Dante and Sam got serious.
  4. Oh dear lord, I just realized that we’re probably going to be subjected to more ugly crying from Valentin next week
  5. Anna shooting Charlotte is almost too soap for current GH. I didn’t think they’d go there even though the writing was on the wall.
  6. I’m glad they finally course corrected on that lame Molly/Kristina feud and I like this Molly so far. I will never buy Sam and Carly as friends. It makes Sam look like a pathetic doormat for putting up with this one sided friendship with someone who never supports her in return. Unless Harmony is warning Willow about her controlling husband or she’s hallucinating due to a terminal brain tumor, I can do without those scenes as well. I don’t know how old any of the teen actors are but Georgie looks way too young to be their peer. It’s reminding me of when they briefly tried to NB’s Spencer in scenes with a teen Joss and she looked like his babysitter.
  7. i don’t think MB’s son’s character is supposed to be a villain. I think they’re just alluding to someone who self harms and has a lot of anxiety due to the pressures of school and his parent’s high expectations. That’s actually a decent and topical SL but it’s weird that they are doing it with a new character instead of one of the college kids we already know and who has ties to others. I guess they won’t give it to Joss since they want to act like she’s perfect and the result of perfect parenting but it’s the ideal SL for a legacy kid.
  8. I get that holidays equal kid scenes but there were wayyyy too many kids on today so I was bored out of my mind. It just proved my point as to why we didn’t need to make 2 characters pregnant every year. I’ll give them the teens since Charlotte obviously has something SL related going on and they probably wanted to introduce the new Danny but maybe we should have stuck with them and not done the Kelly’s Halloween party scenes. Like I needed to sit through a montage of them playing cornhole and Michael making a stink face because Wiley likes Nina.
  9. To be fair, Ava didn’t exactly clue her in that she thought she killed Nikolas and they were divorced. Laura left town to find him under the assumption he’s alive.
  10. Honestly, that’s what she should have done. It’s not like she has any real guarantee that Michael will keep it a secret even if she does everything he asks. I doubt he cares that much about mommy getting her hotel back and his stepford wife will ostracize Nina when the truth comes out anyway
  11. Cuz Carly magically being gifted back her half of the MC that she lost when she leveraged it to buy Aurora stock wouldn’t look suspicious to the SEC at all
  12. The more that I think about it, I don’t think Spencer is involved in Ace’s life to give him a father figure. I think he’s trying to give himself the family that he felt he’s lacked all these years because he’s lonely and doesn’t have a lot going on. He has Trina but he can’t follow her around all day and night either. She has school, a job, friends, and parents around so she can’t devote all her time to him. I know he’s not the father but there are actual parents that do that with their kids. Make them their whole world and expect them to give them the family they lacked elsewhere, essentially their emotional support kids. It tends to be as damaging to those kids in a different way because it puts way too much pressure on them to constantly be around and worry about what’ll happen to their parents as they get older and have a life of their own.
  13. Nikolas didn’t send Spencer off to boarding school. Spencer got sent to boarding school later on to get him out of the way once Valentin threatened his life
  14. I liked Kristina and Blaze’s earlier scenes but Blaze showing up in Puerto Rico is giving me stalker vibes. Kristina told her she was going down there for her father’s wedding and Blaze rushing down there the next day and randomly showing up right outside where she was is a but too coincidental. Considering her history of problematic relationships, I’m going to stay reserved on them for now.
  15. I think this show infantilizes their 30 something characters. Maybe because the current leads of this show are mainly 50+ so they have to keeping the next generation young. They used to move characters to supporting or the back burner entirely once their kids reached adulthood. Brook Lynn is in her mid 30s and had her mom blaming her grandmother for her poor decision making. Michael can’t take a step without his mom being involved. Chase can’t be told bad news because he couldn’t possibly handle it. Felicia has a phone tree set up for Maxie in preparation for when she gets in trouble and needs to be bailed out. They’ve recently backed off with this with the recast but Kristina was treated like a perpetual teenager as well and always had her parents involved in her actions.
  16. Lois’ sweater hurts my eyes. I know being a little tacky was part of her character but I don’t remember her outfits being this garishly ugly before. She looked ok in the flashbacks
  17. Sam never said much about Jason treating Danny like an afterthought either and was always campaigning that he was a good father because he occasionally remembered Danny existed. I don’t think it’ll ever get more than a passing mention because it makes Carly look bad for being with a deadbeat dad. There’s a reason that they have Carly bring up Scout to Drew so they can make it look like she cares about them being close and thereby get a pass. She would do the same thing with Jason re Danny/Jake even though we knew she never wanted Jason to prioritize anyone over her.
  18. This plus the stock tanking due to her manipulation would have had negative impacts on other people, not just Carly. Other shareholders would have also lost money and a stock crashing like that would have likely led to layoffs, selling off assets, etc.
  19. You could tell today was a min filler day for some. That Sam/Carly convo was pointless as well as the time spent with Willow giving Wiley pudding. That they decided to waste time with those scenes and haven’t circled back to Eddie meeting Lois for 3 episodes was a choice. The pacing on this show can be annoying. Seems like whenever there’s any SL involving Sonny or Carly, the days in PC get stretched out for eternity and you subsequently have to wait days or even weeks for the other SLs to pick back up again.
  20. I don’t think they can properly explain why Michael needed to find out who the whistleblower was. It’s not like anyone suspects Nina so what’s his reasoning? To retaliate against this person? Knowing who tipped the SEC off won’t make Drew’s conviction go away. It would only work if Carly/Drew were set up and they needed proof of that
  21. I think it’s a fake out. Michael either doesn’t find out the truth at the wedding or he does and keeps it secret for now. No way they don’t have Carly being the one who publicly exposes Nina.
  22. Unfortunately that would require Michael to be capable of self reflection and the realization that he’s being a hypocrite. He inherited Carly’s rules for me are different than rules for thee perspective. They both blast others for doing the same crap they do and scream how it’s unforgivable when they get forgiven by others time and time again and never have to pay or face consequences.
  23. One thing I will give them credit for is Joss has consistently overestimated her importance in Sonny’s life. Tbh, I think she assumed that Sonny thinks of her the same as Michael and is hurt that she’s angry at him and he’s been pretty meh about it while we saw him reaching out to Michael over and over again trying to fix things. We saw her make a big show of hiding her relationship with Dex because she was convinced Sonny would kill him if he knew they were sleeping together. When he found out, she got in Sonny’s face immediately and said it was her life and he couldn’t control her but he shrugged it off and said it was Carly’s problem. I think Sonny had her firmly in the step kid category but she never realized it. Which kinda tracks because he has a zillion kids, Joss was already a teen when Carly and Sonny reunited, has a father, and we never saw a super close bond between them.
  24. Got it. Then I’d wager she’s the new Morgan. Destined to be ignored in favor of golden child Wiley, unless of course she dies young
  25. Lol I think people are mixing up Donna with Avery. Avery’s parents are Ava and Sonny while Donna’s parents are Sonny and Carly. Wiley and Donna are definitely blood related
