Jinelle was appointed by Kelli to help Victoria with her eating habits and how to get to the desired weight but there was some ‘disconnect’ about this and Jinelle was present at the office visit about this (season 13 I believe). There was a doctors appointment Victoria didnt go to because she wanted to deal with it with people who knew what they were talking about (since Jinelle was a natural skinny, according to Victoria) without informing Jinelle.
I don’t know TBTD, only TPTB, the powers that be.

"Where were you when you heard that Victoria was no longer a cheerleader," is going to be a question now; that is the magnitude of Victoria's exit: a monument to Kelli's decision making skills to break all the rules for a girl and proclaim her to be the best cheerleader in the NFL while the girl fell more often out of turn than the actual best cheerleader in the NFL (which is clearly Amanda, but I digress).
You should have kept it clean Kelli, you should not have created this.
The online hate was not about Victoria, it was about what surrounded her: the nepotism.

A lot of the women listed above do not have common features of some of the ethnicities in their heritage. So as far as representation goes, I don’t know that a little girl whose parents immigrated from Asia would point at Rachel as someone who looks like her like she might have with Alyssa or Yuko or Joanna. Doesn’t change Rachel’s family history, but also doesn’t represent the “bouquet” so to speak.
For what it’s worth, @filishtay - Jacie is my all time prettiest DCC too. Her and Nicole Bulcher. Abigail Klein is very pretty, but looks like 1000 other ladies I graduated with at TCU so doesn’t stand out for me. We all have our preferences to be sure.
I wonder if there are common features in ethnicities.
WOC, white, hispanic, asian: all kinds of pigeonholes that are so inaccurate, that they make no sense.
If there are whites that are not white (Rachel Yuki Wyatt), if there are hispanics that don’t speak Spanish, if there are Asians that don’t look like each other, then these words don’t make any sense.

I haven't seen many Asian or Latino women on the team either but again, I only know the show squads up to season 12.
Rachel Wyatt is a WOC and she is point, Jenna was a WOC and was briefly point.
Selina, Alanna, Elli, Simone, Cianna, Yuko, Kristin, Lisa, Jessica and Jessika, Lacey are all Asian or Latino and those are just from the past years!

When there is no information there is nothing to talk about.
Just like the audition period of last year, not a lot of activity in here, which was in stark contrast with the audition periods of past years: one could follow what was happening almost every hour!
Now there is 0 (zero) information.
I doubt that last years cutting of humanitarian, fashionista, neurosurgeon and best dancer that has ever lived, Brennan, has anything to do with it. As if Kelli hasn't being making dumb decisions the past 15 years plus!
DCC: Making The Team is finding more new viewers every year around the world.

Kat is 'Shock And Awe' on Lucchese cowboy boots and she is not even bad at dancing. No one is going to ask who she was when talking about former DCC's. When you see her, you remember her. Kat is what a DCC should look like. That's just on the looks-department. Her fun and charming personality has no match. Which current DCC could have answered the questions Kat got to answer during the DCC panel interviews?
I said it before and I say it again: Kat has got more glamour and charm in her little pinky than most DCC's in their entire bodies. Yes, I am on #TeamKat

Kelli's emotional intelligence has been deactivated for so long, being director and having people doing her bidding, that she is not able to take a step and understand what is actually coming out of her mouth. That scene with her religious person with the singular purpose in trying to bait Shaina to spill her emotions on the shows, was really bad taste and not best practice HR wise.

She's competed for Miss Mississippi a couple times and placed first runner-up to Asya Branch, who just won Miss USA, during her last attempt in 2018. She's competing again this summer, though (and has a great chance to win), so there's definitely a potential conflict with the in-person DCC training camp.
Great to hear that she has such a great CV and I hope she will try out.

However, she was a powerful dancer, very pretty, reliable (after her first night costume mishap), a strong leader and a great teammate. I liked her more when she roomed with Yuko and her reaction to being point was genuine and heartfelt.
Caroline is an odd one to me. A beautiful, clean dancer, seems poised and well-spoken but very impressionable. Then again, most of these girls are pretty green, they've barely lived in the real world. Then again, they're adults, not children, they're responsible for themselves.
Please add me to the 'I love KaShara-column'. I read too many Charles Dickens and Victor Hugo novels to start holding ones social background against someone, in this case Caroline. I tend to be very forgiving with people whose smiles light up the room.

Eventhough Victoria was just a recipient of nepotism, one could argue she could and should have done more to stop the nepotism coming her way. Victoria could have known that her privileges had to come at the expense of someone else.
It would have been better for Victoria, a nice girl with a bubbly, fun character with a great appeal and I dare to say, a bit of glamour, to have made the team on her own. In this she is a victim, but in her inability to act against nepotism she is actually a perpetrator.
