It's SO interesting how this person who is SO concerned about her elderly parents has decided to spend the hurricane with her high school friends, as opposed to being with them at their home helping them.

A few days before that storm hit a friend of mine was swimming off the North Carolina coast. He got flipped over in the surf, broke his neck and died. It was tragic.

And you know that you show up to be weighed at the hospital that morning. He has to do no preoperative testing, no EKG, he doesn't have to book any surgical suite. They can just walk and get weighed and go right to surgery. Un huh.
