  1. This is the only thing saving this part of Will's story for me. I'm infuriated at his current characterization, which is probably the most obvious example of plot over character in Ron's tenure at Days, but he legit can't get out of prison by going around and telling people he's innocent because his cousin told him so. Don't get me wrong, his reasons for not coming forward absolutely suck, paired with him apparently trusting the man he knows is the reason he's even in prison in the first place! 🤬 Short of what happened yesterday, with Maggie recalling that fateful night, he'd need something that could result in the investigation (if there ever was one since he confessed that same night) being reopened. There's no way Victor didn't have Maggie's car either destroyed or fully repaired (no doubt by an unofficial mechanic, so no paper trail or repair record) after that night, as well, so they'd likely need to try and find evidence of a car going in the ditch in one exact area - and good luck trying to match that to a specific car at a specific time. I'm just glad it appears to nearly be over, let's get this latest round of stupidity over and done with.
  2. I think they did that to put Adrienne and Sarah back on the road at the same time as Will & Maggie - especially since they needed time for Maggie to drink enough to get wasted & get herself behind the wheel following Summer's departure during daylight. They didn't do the best job of going through all of the details, and I'm going to presume it's because there's more that will eventually be revealed.
  3. I've been saying it since November.... I can't even hope for them to go their separate ways after this part of the story, because I know exactly why Ron had them end up in the same cell - so they could remain BFFs after being released. 🙄😑
  4. TV Guide released more, so I'll present everything the way they list it: Monday, March 2nd: Ciara tries to stop Ben's execution. Meanwhile, Evan reveals his secret to Sonny, and Kayla is horrified as Rolf suggests a new way for Stefano to have Marlena. Tuesday, March 3rd: In a race against time, Ciara and Will work to exonerate Ben. Meanwhile, as the lethal injection begins, Ben has flashes of his life with Ciara. Also, Kristen lays into Gabi. Wednesday, March 4th: No spoilers listed, but at least one thing is fairly obvious (re: Ben's outcome). Thursday, March 5th: Justin and Marlena meet with Stefano to negotiate Kayla's release; Roman blasts Kate for aiding and abetting Gina and Stefano, and Chad falls under Stefano's spell. Friday, March 6th: John and Justin's plan goes horribly awry; Chad prepares to carry out his father's deadly wishes, and Julie blasts Gabi for her actions.
  5. Here are the spoilers from DR: Monday, March 2, 2020 Kayla is horrified as Rolf suggests a new way for Stefano to have Marlena. Tuesday, March 3, 2020 In a race against time, Ciara and Will work to exonerate Ben. As the lethal injection begins, Ben has flashes of his life with Ciara. Wednesday, March 4, 2020 Nicole suspects Xander and Dr. Raynor share a secret. Thursday, March 5, 2020 Justin and Marlena meet with Stefano to negotiate Kayla's release. Friday, March 6, 2020 Eli and Lani's reunion is interrupted by unhappy news.
  6. I guess we'll get spoilers the old fashioned way this week, rather than TV Guide just spilling everything at once, dang... Monday March 2: Evan reveals his secret to Sonny. Tuesday March 3: Xander is upset when he runs into Dr. Raynor, who knows about the baby switch. Wednesday March 4: Ben flatlines! Rafe makes an appeal to Evan to find David. Thursday March 5: Jennifer has an intense confrontation with Princess Gina. Friday March 6: Chad prepares to carry out his father’s deadly wishes. https://soaps.sheknows.com/days-of-our-lives/spoilers/
  7. No, you're not dense at all. 🙂 I picked up on Suzanne asking if there would ever be redemption for Maggie after this reveal. She was told "Yeah......eventually." So that tells me, as we've kind of been speculating already, there's likely more to the story that will be revealed down the road.
  8. There's a preeeeeeeety big hint in this interview: For the week of March 2nd, posting mainly for the pics: I'm hoping the promo for next week is lit, but we'll see!
  9. I believe so? I've read reports about the FBI catching wannabe terrorists in the planning stages, providing materials, and having the person go up to the point they believe they're going to detonate a bomb or carry out an attack before the FBI swoops in to arrest them. So the obvious difference here is that law enforcement wasn't made aware of Gabi's plot ahead of time, but they have her phone and a town square full of witnesses who saw her hit the button with the intent to kill Julie, plus Gabi's confession (oh, and JJ could also provide intel on the tech guy who set it all up; same with Theo who was also in on stopping Gabi). I mean, it's Days and Salem, so real life doesn't always apply 😉 but theoretically I think there would be a pretty strong case against her.
  10. We have some early spoilers for the week of March 2nd: In the story previews for next week, they tease that Maggie will remember her role in Adrienne's accident and that Gabi is going to be the match for Mackenzie. That's apparently how she'll avoid time in prison. I'll have scans later this week with all of the details.
  11. I was shocked, SHOCKED, I tell you! 😂 They had Sonny talk about how his "ego" needs stroking (uh huh, yep, totally your ego and not something else) and how he wanted to do something with Will that involved athleticism, agility, and would get his heart rate up. How in the world did they sneak all that by the EP on set who hates the gays? Meanwhile, I was loooooving it! 😍🥰
  12. I missed this earlier, but they apparently did a 2nd promo this week too:
  13. Thank you to TV Guide for continuing to post full spoilers way in advance. Here's everything for the week of the 24th:
  14. Soooooo, just in case you maybe might want to have your say in the recent firings (at least of the ones we know of): https://www.change.org/p/nbc-bring-chandler-massey-and-freddie-smith-back-to-days-of-our-lives Hey, Stabi fans did their own petition and it worked, so why not WilSon? 😁 Edit - I'll just put this here. You'll have to excuse me because I'm in my feelings this week, but he's too sweet:
  15. For next week: From this same issue, early spoilers for the week of the 24th: Maggie confronts Victor & Xander; Ciara asks Rafe for help; Gabi makes a move to avoid prison; Abe presses Lani to reunite with Eli.
  16. This is what makes me more sad about it, because I'm also a DR refugee - their main admin is the wooooooorrrrrrrrrrrsssssssst - who feels like I finally found my people (or at least most of my people) here. But without a true reason to watch the show anymore.... Anyway, the guys talk about it here. Sounds like the show did a terrible job in letting them know what was happening, as in they didn't say a word and let them find out through reading their scripts:
  17. Sooooooo, I've alluded to it here before, but one of the executive producers with the show has a big issue with the gay characters. Like, continually toned down scenes and cut story for them. I shit on Ron a lot, but he'd likely been painted into a corner where he could no longer tell the stories he wanted to for them - he clearly wanted to write for them, but the producer who declared Leo's story to be "too gay" apparently did quite a number on Will & Sonny's stories too. On top of that, this same producer wouldn't allow an episode featuring Will & Sonny to be submitted for best show Emmy consideration last year. Yes, simply because it had the gays in it. That resulted in Will & Sonny's interactions with certain other characters that they use for Emmy bait getting shifted from that point on (and yet another story ending early). So if you too would like to lodge a complaint against Albert Alarr, you may want to drop a comment here https://www.nbc.com/contact-us and/or on the Twitter machine. I know I did!
  18. And, with that, I'll be bidding you all adieu come September 18th. Without them, I don't have a reason to watch anymore.
  19. I'm so sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but it's probably closer to 7 more months. They're right around that far ahead as of this week. And I completely understand if this is your response: 😉😂
  20. Promo for next week: I'm sorry, but the last part of that is cracking me up. 😂 And hellooooooo, week of the 17th!
  21. For the week of the 17th - just for the picture: That'll do it for now, there should be a lot more tomorrow between the promo and more spoilers for the week of the 17th.
  22. Oh, it happened. I remember seeing a picture of Kristen (back in the 90s) bouncing baby/toddler Brady on her knee. I can't find that picture right now, but you get the idea. Just like EJ and Will used to have play dates back in the 90s, because EJ was born after Will on screen, and we all know how that one turned out! 🥴
  23. This might be the explanation? I don't think it's a spoiler, but it technically might be so........
