I've read on a few sites that KG's last episode will be Episode 9. It's also been said she'll have a happy ending. I'm betting on baby #3 and a wedding down the line, off camera, with Carisi.

I had similar thoughts about a Carisi/Rollins marriage.

The absolute worst from one of the worst seasons in TAR history.  I'm only watching to see him get kicked off.

To my dismay:  he seems to a focal point so far, and will likely go deep into the show.

The men feel top-heavy with guys I have loathed for years: Tyson, Ben, Leo and most hated of all, James from Amazing Race.

ITA. He (and his partner) were the two most obnoxious contestants on TAR. I absoultely hated them.

  4. Finished all 10 eps. Not as good as the original but better than the police procedurals currently on my watch list. Harry is Harry and I'll always be a follower.

I didn't like the cliffhanger. Mads is the weak link on the show.

I was surprised to see Michael Cudlitz in a very insignificant role.

As Arnold would say, "I'll be back!"

Afterthought question: How did the lurker/rapist get through that very small cut in the screen. Beyond that there were no signs of a struggle in the apartment. Then; how did they exit?? As I said above, I didn't like the cliffhanger; now I find it flawed.

It would have made more sense if, after Anna died, Voight just took off this vest, handed his badge to Halstead, and walked away...

That would have been a good finale, instead of his bumbling, lying, pleading, apologetic, asinine, repetitive bullshit throughout.

  6. Whomever wrote the script for this episode [especially Voight's] needs to go back to script writing school.

What a piece of crap.   Worst finale this season.

I had heard a main character was going to die in this episode. Boy, was I disappointed!

It should have been a few or more.

What a piece of crap season finale.

Actually, it should have been the series finale.

I stopped watching NCIS after Gibb left, cannot stand Gary Cole.

I was never a fan of Gary Cole, however he's doing a very good job as head of Gibbs' team. That said, the finale was very underwhelming due to the fact they introduced his ex-wife into the mix, which IMO was a big mistake. It was the worst episode since he took over and not because of him.

All TV shippers should be happy now since their dream couples have finally kissed - Kacy (NCIS Hawaii), Chenford (The Rookie), Stris (SWAT), Miggy (Magnum PI) etc. Ugh! 🙄

And Parker (NCIS) on a fake 2nd honeymoon with his ex-wife, which might be a total setup.

Just wondering what all the FBI's will have for their finales.

And you didn't mention the St. Olivia\Stabler\Barba (SVU) situation.

Near the end of the ep, as Parker and his ex were in the car, she leaned over into the back seat  to "look for a cassette" in her bag, but secretly texted with someone. I couldn't read the messages (maybe that was intentional). Could anybody read them, if so what did they say?

    Thanks in advance.

  11. IMHO, this was the worst episode in the new Parker era.

    Very underwhelming and forced.

I saw the plot reveal long before the fake trip in his or was it her Mercedes.  I'm puzzled as to, WHY?

How long will it be before Rosa gets picked up by ICE and lands in a deportation camp?

This woman wasn’t just victimized. She was victimized and terrorized for years. It’s not like she and her husband had a fight one day and she decided to murder him. Battered woman syndrome is real. Not to mention this particular woman’s medical/psychological damage from repeated head trauma. How does putting this woman in jail accomplish anything? And beyond this specific victim, under what circumstances is a battered person allowed to defend themselves? Only if their abuser stands in front of them with a weapon in their hand threatening to kill them? That’s not exactly how it works. The point Olivia made on the stand that a person can be a threat to you whether or not they’re in front of you, or in the next room, is sad but true. And expecting the victim of trauma, in the midst of a traumatic situation, to think clearly and take into consideration all the ramifications of the law, is unrealistic at best, and very dangerous at worst.

I agree with this ↑, but the battered woman initiated the last contact with her assailant, because of a phone charger for a dying cell phone. To me that's a bit of a stretch, even with their prior history. The old saying goes "it takes two make a (fill in the blank)"  She should have never gone to his place.

And as someone mentioned previously, the plot and the CTE problem were introduced just to satisfy time constraints and accommodate the episode, with minimal basis on reality. CTE is diagnosed during autopsy. It should have never been mentioned in court.

Also, how long before Red figures out that the reason Cooper was able to find him at the airport was because Dembe convinved him to let Fisker not only live but agree to have the task force pick him up and then give Cooper the clue about the cameras that had filmed everything.

That would be filmed AND recorded everything. Since when do outdoor surveillance cameras record sound? Is that a real thing or only a Blacklist thing?

Well, they picked an outdoor location for Red's lodge that looks like it could be Owego, and the Southern Tier Expressway is a thing in that general area. Kudos for getting that somewhat right, and for making me homesick. Spader could have pronounced "Owego" with a slightly longer "e" though.

I've never heard of "Owego" and thought is was a mistake. I've heard of "Oswego," and thought that was the reference.

Turns out I was mistaken and there exists both.

But, it's nice that the New York court system is so non busy that they can arrest, arraign, prosecute and prevent a case before the original victim's wound has time to heal.  I live in a small city and it takes at least 6 months for cases to go to trial. Guess there isn't as much crime in NYC.

Time, distance, and geography mean nothing to TV crime solvers. My biggest annoyance is when they track perps on surveillance cameras.

I guess Nova’s brother killed Preston Webb?

Or, was it Nova? Seems odd she would turn in her badge and leave town.

    It was good seeing Cragen.

Yes, and NOT St. Olivia, although I was thinking she'd pop her smugness into the mix.

Also, how dumb was the sergeant's partner? She was warned multiple times about what was happening and still took the job. Then bolts when all the warnings actually happen.

This one was 1000 times better than the Wheatley fiasco.

ETA: By my standards, that's three cartoon criminals ended by OC; Wheatley, Donnelly, and Webb.
