1. We can't go by the same ratings threshold for renewal/cancellation as even a few years ago. The ratings landscape has changed a huge amount since then. Overall ratings are down a lot across the board. 2. That is very true. So if ABC were doing better, I'd say Once would almost assuredly be cancelled. But ABC is a ratings dumpster fire.

Once ticked up to a 0.9. I think it's renewed.

Not that I ever saw spoilers for. What I think is Emma will try to do a locator spell on the ring, it won't seem to work because Hook isn't in this realm, she'll drop it in the water, and Ariel will take it and find him with it.

Perhaps Snowing or whoever just get a bean from the beanstalk and go back to the EF. I saw on Twitter that Jen flew to LA today, so she likely isn't filming tomorrow. That isn't the CS beanstalk. It wasn't in the middle of trees. And it looks like it's half dead.

This sounded very much like Lee saying goodbye to Jen. "It's been an honor." I don't take anything the actors or writers say on this seriously. They simply CAN'T say anything concrete until ABC announces it. So they can't say "Yes, we've heard what's happening."

FWIW, the set supervisor apparently kept talking on the set tour yesterday about set buildings that would be different for the set tour next year. So he seemed to be operating on the idea that the show is coming back. Assumption or he knows something?

He searches "Adam and Eddy." He's done it before when an untagged tweet contained that phrase. ?

That was actually Eddy. Which is why I always side-eye when fans call him a CS shipper. 4x11 was also the episode when I lost faith in the show and realized everything would ALWAYS take a backseat to Regina. I will never forgive them for having Emma shove Hook's heart back in his chest and then running off to have shots with Regina. I came ::thisclose:: to stopping watching the show right then. I think in retrospect I should have. In other writer news, Adam blocked a fan on Twitter for an untagged tweet -- "Imagine being as stupid as Adam and Eddy." As if people aren't allowed to have negative opinions of him! This fan rarely if ever tweets at him. So he's clearly still searching "Adam and Eddy" looking for drama and what people are saying about him. He's so unprofessional. That isn't even close to what some people have tweeted tagged to him and he hasn't blocked them.

Some spoilerish answers from the Vancouver con today: Jen's fave scene with Colin has yet to be seen. (video) There's some sad stuff coming up. CS definitely has adventures ahead and things to sort out between them The musical is not a stand alone episode - it's built into the mythology of the show & furthers the storyline. I only follow spoilers for shows where I don't trust the writers. Hence, Once. I feel I need to be prepared for their nonsense.

Amen to the X-Files similarities! I truly shudder to think what Chris Carter would have been like on Twitter. I also expect S7 of Once to be exactly like the failed last season of The X-Files, with Jen (David Duchovny) leaving and Colin (Gillian Anderson) staying, while the show tries to continue with a focus on the characters New Guy, Little Girl and Tiger Lily (Doggett and Reyes). The three shows I've been involved in the fandoms of -- The X-Files, Alias and Once -- all started so well and then went down in flames. There will not be another fandom in my life. Three strikes and I am out!

A fan and her fans spammed Colin's mentions for days asking for a follow, and he followed her today and posted "Ok followed! Stop asking!!" Colin is too nice. I kind of hate that he rewarded that behavior. Badgering a celeb into following you is some seriously bratty behavior. Not cool at all. I wish he had blocked/muted them all.

Rumple would want Hook gone in that fantasy life and would probably enjoy Emma/Regina being married in it. That sounds right up A&E's alley. One last massive pander.

Paparazzi think that scene is odd too. He seems to be trying to imply that it's a Henry fantasy of his moms being married to each other. I would NOT put it past A&E.

The ep sounds like even more of a Regina overdose than usual. God help us. Are there really no comments on that article yet? Not even fawning ERs?

Apparently he may have hurt it during the musical ep. SMH. It must not be a really BAD injury because he's traveling and can take the boot off. Certainly nothing like the skiing accident that put him out of commission for weeks.

According to Katmtan, he's had it for a week or so. He can clearly take it off when needed, like at the premiere last night, so it looks to be a walking boot. My Heels players keep having to wear them this season because of sprains, so that's probably what it is. Boy needs to stop injuring himself.

It's such a dick move. Though I doubt it's part of any deliberate "theme." I think it's simply pure petty jerkishness. Which of course bodes ill for the CS wedding or any other hopes for happy endings.

It's just more proof fans should never ask A&E for anything, because they'll just troll them with it if they do it. "You want an SQ hug? Here, it's about CS getting married! You want a CS proposal? It's quick and while Hook is keeping a secret! You want Robin back? Here, he's shady and not real! Bwahahahahaha! Take that!"

Colin has managed to injure his foot somehow and is in a boot. Why does he keep injuring himself????
