He may also have cerebral palsy. The cameraman seemed to emphasize that Troy walks on his toes rather than flat footed. Toe walking can be a sign of cerebral palsy. I also didn’t get why they were doing surgery. If the problem was getting wider shoes, that’s easy to do in this Internet age. Having six toes on one foot would intrigue girls, particularly since otherwise he’s a short king.

She was a bit of a character, but the episode was completely uneventful. She didn’t lose much weight until the last five minutes and received no surgery.

I wonder if they filmed the first half years ago and then gave up on her. But when COVID started, they went back to her because she was in Houston and they had an hour in the can. She clearly hasn’t made any progress and will never get surgery, but she fulfills the contract for a certain number of shows.

I hope her five children found adults that could offer parenting. The world is challenging and it would be tough to make your way with so little that Irene is able to provide them. The drug addiction, morbid obesity, single parenting, slim education, poverty, homelessness. That’s a lot for a child to overcome.
