I wonder what Mika does in her free time. She doesn’t read, she doesn’t like any films, her chicken-craze-of-the-hour is obviously over, she doesn’t prep the show...

I mean, yeah... And I still think it’s weird a new contract didn’t leak, as they usually do (and it usually has, from these three main hosts).

Has the contract signing news been written about anywhere else but a poster here? Those sort of things usually get leaked, even last time with all three of them, so it’s weird there’s been nothing.

Ratings are ratings. MSNBC doesn’t care if people are paying attention or hate watching, as long as people are tuned in. I don’t find Willie any better. He’s done some pretty shit things, said pretty terrible things, and is just Joe Jr with marginally better hair (sometimes).

I hope this is what sinks them. The article has received a lot of attention, and it sounded like MSNBC was already mad about it. eta: that Tweet is getting a hefty ratio.

Joe Scarborough (and Mika, but Joe just tells her what to think she she does it) was ALL IN with Barr when this whole thing started, as were a lot of the media. He made fun of people not believing his summary letter. He made fun of folks who didn’t trust it. He said, repeatedly, “Its a good thing when the President isn’t corrupt!” And now he’s playing the other side, but let me guess - he hasn’t apologized to the folks he belittled when it was clear something was rotten?

Their relationship makes me so uneasy. They both go to such lengths to make her look like The Boss Lady(TM), I guess for the sake of her “brand”...or something. Then he’s so easily dismissive and assholeish in front of a crowd.

Mika has to play polite. If there’s any dirt with Trump and Joe/Mika (and I’m honestly betting there is, given Joe’s friendship with Trump and both of them trying to jump into the admin), Omarosa probably has the receipts. 😂

Mika somehow made herself the center of attention at someone else’s bridal shower....and then wore the “Bride” tiara through the other woman’s shower and through the airport.

Was this why she was talking about her disordered eating? Because, IMO, this no sugar thing is likely stemming from that (not saying that’s true of everyone who goes sans sugar, but given all her other food issues I’d put good money on it in her case). Restrictive diets act as a good disguise.

I think Mika was way on for Warren because she wasn’t running and could talk about her without specifying policy initiatives... and because she was constantly bashing Rodham Clinton, Ms. KYV needed some woman to balance out her brand. If she talks about Warren now as a candidate she would need to have some grasp of her policy plans, and I doubt Mika has that on any level.

I just assumed it was a slow reaction/cover to Mika’s butt boy comment.

Mika just discovered environmentalism, and just realised plastic is bad. Her instagram is a gem.

It’s just a verified account. You fill out a form, put in some websites as references that you’re somehow in the public eye, and that’s that. I’ve seen local news folk with verified accounts (blue checkmates) and they have less than 1k followers. 🤷‍♀️ Unsurprisingly, Joe and Mika simultaneously put way too much importance on it (when they got their accounts verified) and derided it (when it fit their latest bitchfest).
