That while Nicole family is, well.....extremely chubby. Ashley, you got your skin/fat removal surgery, but please stick to the diet. And overalls hubby is a real big man isn't he. And damn it, go away Dr Pimple Popper.

I've noticed that Dr now tells some patients they have to be in the 200's before he considers the skin removal. But Ashley is so fixated on it that I guess Dr Now gave in or she would mentally fall completely apart without having it?

That's some crazy decor in that therapists office, yikes! Do you think she will bring up Nicole's Juggalo lifestyle? I see she has an entire Juggalo wardrobe now.

Visiting dad who's dying while incarcerated...wow. Moving all the time. Living in hotels. Drug raids. This is a life that I can't relate to at all. My parents have passed on, and right now I'm thanking them and all extended family for providing a safe happy normal family life for my siblings and myself. Thanks Mom and Pop.

I feel for Ashley and wish her the best.....but I'm pretty much here for the Juggalo. And as expected, she isn't disappointing.

Charlie reminds me of Cletus the Slack Jawed Yokel character on the Simpsons. Nicole is so young, has a beautiful face. Can't wait to see where this goes.
