Izzy is a smaller version of Remi. Her size would suit the Webster family better but Doodles can be expensive to buy. I am already picturing the Webster girls using the dog as a pony.

Yeah doodles are pretty high energy dogs, I see plenty of Instagram pictures of the puppy and then it will be off to wherever Fundie dogs disappear to. My guess is about 3 months.

The best part of the latest visit to the dentist is that Carlin thought she was having 3 cavities filled. But she “misheard” and turns out the dentist did a few other procedures, none of which Carlin seemed to have a clue about. For someone with so many health issues she certainly is rather casual about it all.

I almost laughed out loud when KJ was explaining how she dealt with morning sickness and taking care of all the other kids. Apparently she would lay on the couch and they would gather around with their workbooks. Yeah right. We’ve seen evidence of how wild the Bateses were when they were younger. In actuality Michael was probably taking care of them all while Alyssa cooked. Sounds like Gil was never around to help. That I believe.

Just when you think BME can’t post anything worse, you get those videos of the Rod family descending on poor Ma. Based on the pictures Ma had 20 visitors. How can that be good for her? JillR is so selfish and self centered. What the heck was in that wagon GWE was pulling? SMH.

Jana probably looks at Bin, Dreck, JerMe and Austin and thinks, Yup, I dodged a bullet not getting married. Yes she does have kids dumped on her, but as a lot of grandparents say, She can give them back to their parents. I don’t think anyone should feel bad for her, of all the Duggar girls, she is the one who has much more control of her own life. Not a life I would choose, but she seems content.

If you receive a 1099 you are not an employee. IRS has very strict rules and regulations around this. I think the Duggars are paying into SS & Medicare, but their accountant probably does the paperwork etc. The Duggars may spout out about God taking care of things, but they know how to work the system too. With all the LLC’s, I’m sure JB and his accountant are spreading out income to minimize taxes and take advantage of any and all tax breaks. Jana probably receives some allocation of income but how much cash she actually has available to her is a whole other story.

The Tin Man dress looked marginally better on KJ as she was somewhat smaller than Meechelle. Meechelle added too much to the neckline, I guess she’s more modest than KJ?

I think ages ago Chad worked for a company but left it to work on his own. Isn’t working for yourself part of the Gothard rules?

It seems like a number of Bates/Bates-in-law men quit solid jobs for things like family tree business, so Evan wouldn’t be the first. It would be dumb if he stopped working as an electrician but he and Carlin don’t always make decisions that make sense. Especially long term.

It looked like a pretty big plumbing project, maybe a whole new septic system so Kelton was probably guilted into it. Josie seems close to KJ and she is at the Big House a lot with the girls. There was quite a crew working on the plumbing project, even Brandon who seems more cerebral than the Bates boys.
