  1. Skrulls only get recent memories, unless they do that mind meld thing with their hands. In Captain Marvel, Talos didn't get all the memories of Keller, that's why he didn't know that no one calls Fury, Nicholas. This seems to be the present, after the blip and after Fury fucked off to Space.
  2. I'm wondering can the Skrulls sense if someone is a skrull? If they can keep changing forms what is to stop them from impersonating each other. I also think Gravik knows that G'aih is having second thoughts. He probably knows she leaked the safe house location and killed that guy to see if she felt guilty for getting him killed. He needs her to use against Talos, so he can't kill her yet.
  3. Fury's married to a skrull. I'm assuming he knows since we saw her in her skrull form in the past scenes. I'm going with she changed to a human in case Fury brought someone with him. G'iah is probably going to be a double agent. She seems to be second guessing how Gravik is handling things. Fury may be onto something asking more about the Skrull/Kree war. Having a species that can shape shift properly turns people of welcoming them. Because what is to stop them from doing what they are doing now. Infiltrating high ranking officials and taking over other planets. There is probably much more that war than the Kree just wanting to destroy them. The skrulls wanting to be stronger makes sense. They can defeat normal humans but can they defeat Carol, Wanda and Dr. Strange?
  4. I wasn't expecting the Werewolf twist, so I'll give them that. Otherwise this one is my least favorite so far. I didn't catch it was an animal she hit until they showed right before she turned. I guess the lesson is the paparazzi are vultures that will do anything for money.
  5. Was it perfect, no. As discussed on the show it doesn't have to be. There are still some things I didn't like, the whole Nate arc and Keeley's side story. Other then those I enjoyed this finale and actually cheered when Richmond won. Even if they didn't get the title. I'm glad Roy asked for help and is seeing Dr. Sharon. Rebecca found her Dutch guy again, sold shares to the fans and started a girl's league with Keeley. If she can fund Keeley and buy first class tickets out of habit she doesn't really need 2 billion dollars. I guess Keeley went with the Kelly I choose me route. I'm also glad Ted was at the litte party at the end with his kid. I don't want Ted with Michelle again but I hope she dumped the unethical doctor. I'm surprised we didn't get a Trent Crimm narration like they did with his article about Ted in season 1. It wasn't about just Ted, it was about how positivity rubs off on a people and that was the Lasso way. I haven't watches sports since the 90's Chicago Bulls. So who knew I'd like a show about sports. I'm glad I watched and will miss this sometimes cheesy, sometimes heartfelt, sometimes humorous, sometimes annoying, sometimes cringe and sometimes emotional show.
  6. I know Ted forgives Nate, I'm not forgiving him. Nate has to earn his second chance. We didn't see the catalyst for his sudden change of heart. And so far his apology tour seems to be all about his feelings not what he did. He didn't tell Jade what he did either. Not that would really matter since Jade is barely a character. I also don't get why they are saying he's such a genius wonder kid that is great at everything he does. That is not making him a sympathetic character. It's like they are saying he is so great we should want him forgiven and be given everything he wants. I'm not saying people don't deserve second chances I just have to see remorse and a reason for it. Nate hasn't done much. Beard just telling a story about what happened shows more remorse than I've seen from Nate. So I don't see Nate punishing himself at all.
  7. Nate just seems to be handed everything he ever wanted without any consequences. He got to manage his own team, was great at it, he got the girl, quit on his own terms, his father apologized to him, he's a great waiter and the entire Richmond team forgave him without any apology. All because why? Because he finally figured out that Rupert is a bigger dickhead then him. (On that part Rupert deserves whatever his ex wife, next ex wife and former side piece have planned). I love redemption arcs, but they have to be earned. Nate's was too easy. We probably won't even see his apology to Ted since Ted already forgave him and has his foot out the door ready to go home to his son. So the Wonder Kid will probably be handed the Richmond coaching job. Jamie and his mom were great. Roy and Keeley seeing posters of themselves in Jamie's childhood room was amazing. I'm glad they are all friends and have grown so much when we first met them. That said despite Nate, I will miss this show if this is the last season. It had some really great storylines that will stick with me. I proudly tell people to watch it.
  8. Ted choose to take the job away from his family. I can't put that on Rebecca. Now he didn't know that she was trying to destroy the team. So he didn't have all the information for his hiring, but that is the nature of jobs you never know what they are hiring for or how long you'll have the job. I don't know much about sports, from what I've seen its pretty easy to get fired from coaching based on the teams performance. So Rebecca was hoping that hiring an American Football coach that knows nothing about the sport would work itself out. Ted was hiding his mental breakdowns from himself so it took a lot to share that with his friends and to have one of them intentionally use that hurt him is huge betrayal to me. You would hope you could trust your boss but that's not a guarantee. Your friends on the other hand are built on trusting them. I'm fine with Ted forgiving Nate because that is what Ted does. But I would hope he makes Nate earn his trust back and not let him be in the diamond dogs. I've been betrayed by a friend and unlike Ted I cut that person out of my life and haven't spoken to them since. So this storyline may have brought that back up to me and it's probably why I'm judging Nate harder than Rebecca. On a happier note I think I watched the Uncle's day scene too many times. That was my favorite scene of the episode. Jamie's gift was great and Phoebe working out what it meant. That girl can probably buy her own Landrover by now. They did a good job with the casting of Roy's sister she does look related to him. Although Phoebe's father must come from a long line of blondes. And I just read that we saw his sister in season 2, she was the ER doctor that helped Dr. Sharon after her bike accident. I don't know if they knew she was Roy's sister or they just decided to use the same actress.
  9. I go into these movies knowing they are dumb and the characters are basically super humans with cars as their super powers. But they are fun and action packed. Jason Moama was having the time of his life. And it was funny seeing that the 2 Aquaman were working together. Alan Ritchson played Aquaman on Smallville. Was Michelle Rodriguez filming D&D during this, she was barely in it. Her fighting Cypher at that moment was stupid. I guess they needed to check Letty beats up another woman off the check list. Besides the first one, these characters never stay dead. Well I guess it's not done yet, so maybe they are all alive too. The Rock must really love money to come back to this. Lol
  10. To me what Nate did is a far worse a betrayal than anything Rebecca did. Rebecca wasn't friends with Ted, she was his boss. Nate was supposed to be a friend. Nate told Trent Crimm, a reporter that Ted had a mental breakdown. Nate revealed private information to a reporter something Ted shared with Diamond Dogs which is supposed to be a safe place for them to share their feelings and get advice. And he did that with intent to hurt him. Trent told Ted that it was Nate that told him and that is why Trent is no longer a reporter. Rebecca even in all her anger wouldn't have done that. We saw her see Ted have a panic in season 1 and she helped him through it. She didn't run to tell any reporters about it. Which could've helped her vendetta. But even she knows you don't blab about someone having a mental crisis. What Nate did was a personal attack to Ted. That takes more than a I'm sorry imo.
  11. Speaking of the barn for Jay's restaurant. I'm surprised their aren't any barn ghosts. I hope it's not one of the main ghosts that left. Besides Nancy we really don't know the basement ghosts so I wouldn't care if it was on of them. I'm also surprised they didn't have the main cast play the basement ghosts like the British version does.
  12. For me what Nate did was unforgivable. He blabbed about Ted's mental state the world. Something that was shared with him as a friend. Nate deserves nothing from Ted. But I know Ted will forgive but I just want some real fallout from that kind of betrayal. If he rejoins Richmond, I hope they don't let him be part of the diamond dogs or have Roy and Beard glare at him until he leaves.
  13. They did such a great job with Jamie and Rebecca's redemption arcs. We saw them learn and earn them. So why are they being so lazy with Nate's? He got the girl he's been pining after and that suddenly made him see that Rupert's a dick and he was being one too. I can see Ted forgiving him because it's Ted. But I hope he tells him he will never forget what he did. I doubt that will happen since they are probably setting up Ted going back to the US and giving Nate the team. I love how much Jamie is a team player now. Going to Roy's Uncle's day and giving him a thoughtful yet very Jamie gift and wearing Sam's number to support him. Rebecca finally being over Rupert and telling those rich men off. I figured she'd back Keeley. Who I don't feel bad for. That is why you don't sleep with your boss or the person funding your company. I'm glad Barbara (and her weird fetish of how she acquires snowglobes) stuck around since she learned to like Keeley. And Keeley really needs someone who knows how to run a business with her at all times. Roy wearing his Red, orange and yellow shirt was amazing because of every ones reaction. No one said anything to him, they just stared. He loves his niece so he wears for it her even it makes him uncomfortable. He does deserve an Uncle's day. As for Ted, who's that?
  14. Besides the Keeley and Nate storylines. I liked this ep. I really love how much this team as grown together. Jamie has let go of his ego and became a real team player. Number 4 should be trust. I don't care about Nate's love life. I would rather have seen him with his team and how different they are than Ted's. Yes they win but they all probably hate him. I hate when shows decide to separate everyone and they all still continue to think it makes a good story. When the reason most love shows because of the character interactions. I loved seeing Keeley and Rebecca hanging out. The team listening to Jamie being a team player and the team helping clean up Sam's restaurant. It's also good to see a good father and son Relationship. Even with making Sam uncomfortable with the women in his life. Lol
  15. Asian cultures use last name, first name. Most of the Mandalorians we've met are from clans or houses. Djarin was a foundling without a house name. If he gets a house, then it could be Grogu of house Din. I will say the fight in the air was awesome. You could tell this is the Mandalorian culuture. You can't just put on beskar armor and call yourself Mandalorian. The fake ones are easily defeated.
  16. So no spies? That wasn't what I was expecting. Although its nice to have a win so everyone can keep on fighting another day. The only loss was the darksaber. An no one seemed to care. Maybe Djarin (who knew that was his first name. I guess the Cult Mandalorians went with the Asian way of surname first) can call Ahsoka and have her speak for Grogu. Since who knows how long he'll be non-verbal. Was Grogu communicating with the Mythasaur? I guess on to the Ahsoka show. She's my favorite Star Wars character so I can't wait.
  17. Grogu seems to really like Bo, he was sitting next to her last episode and now this one was sitting on her lap. It's a good thing they didn't add why, to the voice button. Grogu hitting yes for their entire trek back the Mando camp was such a toddler thing to do. I'm hoping the Armorer is not the spy. I'm thinking the "survivors" that just found them are the spies. If Gideon's been living on the Mandalore, they either started working for him or been mind flayed to work for him. The Empires new Mandalorians seem to be slightly better than the Stormtroopers. One Mandalorian took them all out. Granted he's a big Mandalorian, still they all got killed pretty quickly. Gideon better kill all the Mandalorians because he just gave them a common enemy to fight.
  18. There was cameos all over the place in this one. Jack Black, Lizzo and Christopher Lloyd. It did seem more like a clone wars side quest episode. But I didn't hate it. I'm glad they went with a technicality with Bo getting the Darksabor. She does know how to use it much better than him. Are they going somewhere with Bo and Din? Having the 2 different sides rule Mandalore together. Did Lizzo know that Grogu was cheating for her? I think she was trustworthy because Grogu likes her. Jack Black was acting a little sus. Maybe he and the security guy are working together. Maybe secretly testing battle droids for the empire.
  19. That's where my thoughts went to as well. Isn't Sassy's daughter Rebecca's goddaughter? While Zava isn't a complete dick, he's the star and everyone else is supporting him. He doesn't let anyone else score, only he can. He knows if he acts charming and nice they will let him do what he wants. I hope they will eventually care that no one talks about them, only Zava. Having a tattoo of him self on his back makes Jamie chanting "me" seem tame. I'm interested in meeting Zava's wife. I'm here for Roy teaching Jamie how to be better than Zava. He's got a step up because he's at least loyal to the team. Michelle dating their ex marriage counselor is completely unethical and gross. Ted probably told that man a lot about himself and now he's dating his ex wife. Is he the one that told him to give Michelle space? If so that is so wrong.
  20. That was Zeb! That's awesome. No wonder he looked better than the other species. I'm guessing he'll be on Ahsoka's show. I guess Bo is the Mandalorian this season. So the armorer did believe her. Also the armorer probably had to give some leeway on the helmet rule so Bo can recruit. If she showed up to her former group refusing to remove her helmet, they would laugh and turn her away. She has to be able to convince them. And maybe they can be a little more lax on the helmet rule at least around each other. Did Greef really not think the Pirates would be back? He let one go. At least he was smarter this time and has a Mandalorian home base with him now.
  21. Jamie has shown so much growth, old Jamie would've absolutely gone after Keeley and asked her out. New Jamie goes to check on Roy, knowing Roy hates that. Now with Zava he'll probably see how the rest of the team felt when someone's ego takes up all the space in the room. I didn't even notice we didn't see Nate at all.
  22. This was a much better episode. I love how they were finding out about all the things they ended up with Zava is writing a book about Trent Crimm. I would love for Keeley to be the Ted in her new career. Besides the CFO who started out looking down on her the rest just seem like they don't know how to deal with someone with a bubbly personality. Like the snow gloves she can find things they like to liven up the place. I loved Rebecca going with prove you are the best by getting the worst team to win. I do wonder how it will work with the team. They just got to the point where gel as a team. Jamie's checking his ego and now they got another one. One that is worse because imo because he refers to himself in the third person. Do we think Ted can reach him and get him to stay in a team for more than a year.
  23. So we made up for the very little Mandalorians last episode, to see all the Mandalorians. I don't think they have very young or small foundlings like Grogu wear a helmet. We saw Visla's son get his helmet in the first episode. So he wasn't wearing it before. It's probably something earned through their tests. Or it's the last piece of armor. Poor Grogu seeing flashbacks to the fall of the Jedi. Grogu didn't look scared to me, just unsure. Din is such a proud dad. He knows what Grogu is capable of despite his small size. The foundling should know not to underestimate people. Bo was probably thinking it's lonely to eat by yourself with their stupid helmet rule. Even if she's found her faith again after seeing a mythsaur. Even if no one believes her. I can see why the mando's can live in that place in secret. It's full of huge deadly animals. Maybe they can train those baby raptors and fly on them since their jetpacks need fuel and those don't.
  24. While this wasn't the strongest first episode, I'm glad this show is back. I'm with Phoebe, why are they breaking up. They made that time to see each other. Ted's still struggling, I'm glad he still talking to Dr. Sharon. To borrow from Trent Crimm, The Independent. We all know Nate will fail and I will gloat when it happens.
  25. A Visla would not be happy to have Bo-Katan in the fold. Their families have a history. Although it looks like seeing the mythasaur might have brought back her faith. I don't how long she'll want to go without removing her helmet though. The beginning and the ending were good, the middle not so much. I get its setting up something, it's just not what I signed up for. I'm also guessing it Thrawn in control.
