I don't care much for Porsha, but I do think the way that Shamea brought it up, and on camera and in front of Kandi and her friend was a bitch move.

absolutely agree with others that I liked how the show took aim at both sides, and I'm a liberal. Honestly if it would have only went after trump supporters it wouldn't have been as deep or entertaining. People should be loyal to their country, not their party... and be able to see the flaws and demons in their own party not just the other party. The shots at the liberal side were brilliant. To me, they were more deep and meaningful than the shots he took on the trump side (which seemed more surface level). But he also showed how no matter what party we are in how easy it is for us to be controlled through fear. I was really surprised by this last episode. It wasn't "scary" and wrapped things up more than is usually done. I loved when Ally said the real thing to fear is a nasty woman!

I look forward to this season. I actually do like Trevor but that's because I enjoy the actor. I think he is a cutie. But I understand others not enjoying him on Shameless. 1. him and Ian have no chemistry. I don't know if the actor that plays Ian is gay or not, but they just come off as friends. 2. They didn't really do any character development with him, his whole storyline is just he's a really nice trans guy. The Gallaghers need a more effed up person to date and mingle with. The whole "my demons play well with your demons" thing. The actor that plays Trevor does have chemistry with the girl on Foster's, its just lacking on Shameless with Ian. I do hope that Fiona has a lesbian fling. I think it would be good for her. It can be very empowering. Besides, I have not enjoyed any of her past boyfriends at all. Yes Liam was always just a prop before, so it will be interesting getting to know his character now. Glad to see Debbie so focused. Her character was annoying last season. And I hope Lip gets his shit together but not too much. It would be boring if we just see him sober and working at a motorcyle shop.

Briana is boring to me. I do think she seems to be a good mom though. Nova is a cutie and Briana smiles so much at her and talks sweetly to her. I'm confused, does her mom, sister and Briana all share that apartment? The sister is always laying on the couch lol. Chelsea seems to have matured a lot as a mother too and her daughter is a cutie. Jenelle just seems evil. I can't quite explain it. She seems in love with her daughter when she was a newborn but it was short lived and now it seems she just goes thru the motions of caring for her with those dead eyes Kail has blotchy skin and needs to wear some foundation, holy crap. She does seem to enjoy her boys. I think it means a lot to her to be the exact opposite of the mom she had.

Ive noticed Joy is a little more grumpy and short with the kids than I realized. She also is bossy. And her talking about how other kids graduate "oh you just walk on a stage, boring". Ummm that's just one part of graduating high school. There is a party as well and you get to graduate from a school where you are taught actual facts and not just the Bible.

Just a reminder to people. Her name isn't Izzy it's Ivy...their son is Oz And the gray haired girl that is having an affair with Ivy is Winter. For some reason their names seem odd this season and I have a hard time keeping them straight too. I always have to pause and remember which one is Meadow. It's weird.
