Also in regards to Li, I looked at Naomi Matsuda’s instagram and she mentions that she’s been filming some things so maybe she hasn’t been available to B&B due to prior commitments. Maybe they’ll line her up for a future storyline before she books other jobs.

They write so weird for Bill sometimes like when he became obsessed with marrying Steffy when she was pregnant the first time or when he was obsessed with the building and almost blew up Liam and Sally. I agree that in the current storyline of him begging Katie and then Brooke to come back to him with no pause between just makes him look less like the decisive, powerful man that he is.

I saw a commercial for the CW show All American and noticed the actor who plays Stitch on Y&R. IMDb says he has appeared on at least 11 episodes of the show.

I’m sad for Sasha as well. Maybe they will bring her character on for one of the Superman movies. You are correct about female led projects because the TV show Star Girl also got canned. Hopefully Sasha can find another leading role project elsewhere if it never works out as Supergirl.

GAC used to be Great American Country and they competed with CMT for country music. Now they’ve rebranded themselves and seem to be going for the viewers who feel Hallmark has become “too progressive”. Off the top of my head I can’t recall what GAC stands for now. I just know they plan to produce a lot of Christmas content.

Hallmark has been recruiting more “stars” for their channel with multi-picture deals because the GAC channel lured away some of their regulars. Hopefully Hunter King can be successful there.

Sylvester Stallone was on The Tonight Show tonight and Jimmy asked him about a photo that was posted of him and Arnold Schwarzenegger carving pumpkins. Stallone replied at first that he is doing a reality show and seem to imply that was the reason for the visit to Arnold’s house. This got me thinking about Stallone and his wife Jennifer’s recent temporary breakup and non-divorce that allegedly happened due to a fight about a tattoo he got of his dog. Could it be that was just a headline making storyline for the show similar to Kim K and family?

Will this appear on FX at some point? I don’t have Hulu and I’m not adding another streaming service.

Both Brooke and Taylor were making excuses for Ridge today and sympathetically justifying his behavior. It’s just so gross. They’ve both been doing it for so long. Taylor saying Brooke just doesn’t want Taylor to have him was so eyeroll worthy as well.

If I were Brooke I wouldn’t sign any BS annulment papers. Didn’t they pull this same crap during the faux Vegas wedding to Shauna? Brooke should make him go through a formal divorce and she should go after as much as she can get. Ridge deserves no mercy.

I missed the episode where Hopequinn appeared again. Can someone give me a rundown of what happened with that?

It’s felt strange to me that the writers keep these two characters in a little bubble not interacting with anyone else for the most part. Both Deacon and Sheila are characters that make things happen. The nighttime dancing date sort of reminded me of his wedding with Quinn where no one else showed up. Long term it just doesn’t work. I think something is going to have to happen soon to fold them into the storyline with others. Sheila never stays hidden forever.

And don’t forget the weeks on end that we had to listen to everyone talk about Eric’s ED problems. Plus, Eric threatening an employee of color to have an affair with his wife. As viewers, we’ve seen some things and we’re ready for the something better that may never arrive.

It’s weird that they were acting like this was HFTF first fashion show/preview. The line has been around for years and they would be doing these at least 2-3 times per year. This isn’t even Thomas’s first season as lead designer. I’m not understanding why this particular line was such a big deal. I can’t even comment on the over the top toasts at the party pushing Hope and Thomas together. So ridiculous. Brooke and Bill should have made Liam go over to Eric’s to do everything he can to make things up to his wife. She’s never going to listen to reason if she’s pissed at him.

Thomas took a phone call from Taylor yesterday and he mentioned something about wishing she could be there but that he knew she’d do a great job as the key note speaker. Then he handed the phone to Ridge so he could talk to her.

He couldn’t wait just 1 day to bring all this stuff up? You don’t bring up personal issues right before someone’s big moment. I’m sure she was stressed and her thoughts were scattered. She didn’t need Liam dropping all of this on her right then. You’re already in the building Liam, just go to the fashion show and support your wife. Bring up the Thomas stuff later.

IIRC, Katie runs the Foundation and Paris works for her. It makes no sense why Paris would be taking notes for Hope or why Katie would have arranged for influential people to be at the preview. Who knew Steffy could be a voice of reason? Of course, she’s not likely to warn Hope or Liam or to inform everyone about Thomas’s involvement in Sheila’s NYE scheme.

Apparently Monday’s episode is going to be a stand alone episode commemorating Sheila’s 30th anniversary.

So is Eric running the movie The Parent Trap on a loop because everyone that’s been hanging out there has been trying to push their parents together. Steffy and Thomas are bad enough then we got Hope pushing a proposal to Brooke from Deacon and now Douglas is getting in on the act. Hope and Liam need to present a united front. If Hope goes over to Eric’s then Liam needs to be there too. Also, they need to tell Douglas that he can spend time with his dad, but he will have to spend time at their house too. This all or nothing BS is stupid.

On The Talk today they showed a short preview clip for next week. They mentioned that the recent Big Brother winner and two other houseguests will be part of the fashion show. However, it was clear that there is a reason the characters all keep saying “preview” instead of “fashion show” because it seemed to appear that there is no audience. It was hard to tell from such a short clip though.

Why is Paris stirring the pot to push Hope towards Thomas? I thought she had a thing for him when they lived together? She’s the one that’s single and if she likes him so much she should go after him herself. Thomas needs to change in the locker room. We know they have one because it’s near the sauna Brooke and Ridge used to abuse all the time. Still not feeling Liam and Brooke together. Sorry, it’s only getting advice from mom vibes there.

Does anyone else think that the Deacon proposal could be a daydream by either Deacon or Hope? Granted, we already had the Thomas fantasy sequence recently, but these writers have proven time and again that they are lazy.

So Ridge wants an annulment? Normally you’d have to show that some sort of fraud occurred and that the marriage legally should not have taken place. When you get mad at your wife and decide to go live with your ex that requires a divorce. I know, we shouldn’t expect this show to get anything so basic right.
