  1. Well, kind of a disappointing episode that was because I was super excited for it. The animation looked average at best, Sam and Dean didn't really look the part, the Scooby cast voices changed, the comedy aspect wasn't as good as I remember and it just overall lasted longer than it should have. I chuckled a few times but that was about it. Not an episode I really enjoyed but it was still better than that spin-off episode they had in this season.
  2. I'd not know but I just got that vibe, personally. And speaking of Roses, if someone played 'Drink every time you hear Rose Video' that'd be enough to get passed out. lol Johnny sure loves to mention the good ol' days of Rose Video whenever he can. xD
  3. This is a show that I've been watching for several years now and thanks to it, I grew fond of liking horses which wasn't something I was too keen on but what perplexes me is that it has already lasted eleven friggin' seasons! I still remember Season 4's Season Finale and that seemed like when the series was intended to end but here we are, still. The Skype talks with Ty but they kinda got rid of that by the 11th Season and that was rather forced just to include Ty, even if it was just for a few seconds in each episode. Hey, if that's how he gets paid, good on him. I like his character (not my favorite, though). You know, I'd love if Amy and Ty had another baby and this time it'd be a boy so the two would play together and work together while growing up. Jack (from Grandpa Jack, of course!) would be a good name for him! :) Well, see ya.
  4. I was rather pleased with Alexis attitude in taking own initiative and responsibility than just dropping her thing and go work for someone else. But being honest, this show should have ended like a season or two ago (at least that's the vibe the season finale gave me).
  5. I saw this series on YouTube and said to myself 'It's that guy from Scrubs!" so I watched the trailers available and then regretted immediately. Good god, the comedy aspect in that is terrible, not once did I even smile, chuckle or laugh like I used to in Scrubs. I'm already expecting it to be cancelled. The wife and kids don't seem too interesting either nor the podcast thing.
  6. That episode where Frank said 'shalom' to the Muslim group in the van was kind of funny. I miss the Old Frank. If the Old Frank returns for Season 9 then they can make as many seasons as they want, I love Old Frank. :)
  7. As bad as Season 8 was for me, I'd still watch a new episode (if there were 'cause that season finale wasn't much of a season finale). It has turned into a watchable soap opera (it's like fast-food, fills you up but doesn't satisfy) and I'm okay with that but Shameless has definitely lost its true essence of what it once was. I'd take a guess and say that Shameless might last 12 seasons or more. The original UK Shameless series wrapped things up with 11 seasons but from what I've read, the UK version got rid of Fiona and Jimmy really early so that must have sucked for the viewers and fans.
  8. This season overall wasn't terrible but very disappointing. Even moreso, the season finale just.. ended. SHO already confirmed season nine is coming so they don't even care much about quality (the show lost it after season 4, anyway) but now it feels like they're only doing it to get their paycheck and move on. Shameless used to be so much better than what it is today.
  9. The religious studies guy you're talking about is Richard, right? He never struck me as someone violent but rather someone very dedicated and that he didn't work everything to go to the crapper. Here's hoping they drop the political and feminist agenda because that just doesn't suit well the show, it just feels like petty and forced comments without any necessity at all. Like, some guys can't completely close their legs due to what they have between them so laughing about it seems kind of ridiculous. And the whole 'no walls' defeated itself with banning that guy. Agreed. Richard on Season 2's finale did put an end to it all and I didn't even expect a third season to happen.
  10. I can see this board isn't very active at all but I've to say this is a show I fairly liked its first two seasons. Now, the third season so far? The not-so subtle political and feminist comments they make are kind of ruining the show unnecessarily, the first two seasons didn't need that and did just fine without it so there's really no reason to implement it now. It's kind of ironic how "Welcome Everyone" and then when they take in someone who's apparently a Nazi and he wanted to change his ways they were completely hostile against him. That in itself isn't a very welcoming manner or progressive and then when the guy went to politely ask if they could be a bit more quite they all ganged up on him. But I digress, I'll keep watching the show and if by episode 5-6 it's still the same garbage I'll just quit watching it. The whole point I was interested in this show was because of the cult aspect as there isn't any other show doing it, well, that I can remember at least.
  11. Fairly good episode. The last part where Ian's gang explodes the van of the kid's parent is completely unacceptable and he now thinks he's higher than the law or even god. Seasons 1-4 were great, Seasons 5-6 okay, Season 7 and 8.. meh. IMO. I do quite like the whole 'Gay Jesus' part but his character is becoming totally unlikable. Ian S8's behavior isn't even because of his disability but rather due to his arrogance.
  12. God, this episode was so bland and boring that I didn't even bother to finish. Easily one of the worst SPN episodes and it's even worse than that SPN spin-off episode they tried to pull. Just no. Give us Sam and Dean! That's the real SPN!
  13. Decent episode but with a few flaws. The chick that Lip's banging has obviously fallen in love with him and it's only a matter of time before she's pregnant which makes me wonder how on all the previous seasons, the girls he effed with never showed up with a child of his. It's entirely possible that some never bothered taking precautions and had his child, or gave him/her away. Speaking of him/her, Ian calling God as a "non-binary" was so cringy but Ian Season 8 has always felt so weird that I just don't really care much. Ian S8 is so OoC. I loved seeing Svetlana standing up for herself after taking so much crap from the dumb as bricks Kevin. Though, I'll admit she looked sexy with the Catholic uniform. :P Now, the Asian chick that Fiona was speaking to at the bowling alley asked her if she was Chinese and she got offended without showing much of it, I'd say. America was a country colonized by the British (European) and the first also reported to set foot on US were of European heritage so it throws away the whole 'Native-American' (native Indian) thing away. My point being, anyone can call him/herself American but originated from another country. America is a country of immigrants around the world and said people are of the following descents. Europeans Africans Asians Jews Native Indians (also falls under 'Asians' as they're from Asia) Latin Americans (or "Latinos" like the generalized term) Arabs (also falls under 'Asians' as they're from Asia) It really seems like a non-issue but people take it as offense that they're asked where they're from. I've been asked myself and I don't mind it. Let's say, it's perfectly fine for anyone to be American but Japanese? Nope. If you're not a native Japanese-born citizen you'll always be a gaijin. But this isn't to say anyone can't have a Japanese passport but the native population wouldn't consider you Japanese, that's really it. By the way, Latin Americans aren't just brown or dark-skinned people like usually assumed by most Americans (regardless of race) as Latin American people are either white, black, brown or mixed. There are also the different shades of white Latin Americans who get darker than other whites due to being tanned by the sun. Bleh. End of rant.
  14. Yeah, I noticed that too but with that specific intention she put herself up, Debs was just lucky it wasn't anything too weird.
  15. Debs got hired for that because she appeared hot on the pics. If it had been a guy? Tough luck.
  16. You know, Saint Frank is 100% right about Twitter users promoting false fear which is true for the most part but then again, some of that fear is genuine, too. I myself sort of left Twitter as I grew tired of the drama and YouTube isn't any better either. YouTube users are always on controversy this, controversy that.. just loads of drama. The most recent drama at the YouTube World is Logan Paul's video of a Japanese guy who suicide and what happened next? Pretty much every single YouTuber made a reaction video to cash in on those view$$$. I'm probably sounding like an old timer annoyed with the internet but that's because it is, people have become spoiled and use whatever B.S. to their advantage. Anyway, Japan has a serious issue with its native population committing suicide at forests and it hasn't stopped and probably it won't unless the govt tries to do something about it. I know, I've felt suicidal before but I then realized it's not worth it because we all just live once and there's so much to do, enjoy and experience. Suicide is IMO, a selfish action and no one should ever commit.
  17. I've learned to accept the unrealistic-ness of Shameless but giving Frank a credit card is going too far. He will never be able to pay for any of the stuff he's bought and especially now since he's fired and he'll most likely get to his old ways again. By the way, Cameron M. (Ian) was on this week's Gotham episode for a few seconds and OH MY EFFIN GOD! I loved seeing him back on it! That's more like it! :)
  18. Supernatural is the one CW show I'll never give up on because I just love watching Dean, Sam, Castiel, Lucifer and Crowley all interacting and doing their goofiness as they usually do. Dean is such a comedic character that if he somehow left the show, it just wouldn't work anymore without him. Anyway, one thing that kinda bothered me on this episode is that the angels had to use cars to travel around. Hm, Castiel could just transport so why can't these ones? xD
  19. Is it known when Frank will snap out of that b.s. he's on right now? Bring back the old Frank!
  20. Season 21 was such a great season but the season finale episode was pretty weak and they didn't even wrap things up. I guess they're going to go back to the continuity format that they had on Season 20. Sigh. I even looked up Season 21 just to be sure if episode 10 was the final or one of the last (13 eps per season would be better) but no.. it's the season finale.
  21. When Debbie said "I'm hot as f!!k" I almost wanted to laugh but it was so cringey and desperate.
  22. Good episode. But I have to say that Trevor had no good reason to be rude with Ian, Ian didn't know the situation, gave her a roof and then he's blamed as if he did anything wrong. The girl slept on Ian's side but it wasn't even sexual and by this logic then when kids sleep by the side of their parents then is that somehow sexual too according to Trevor? Just when I think the Trevor character can't get any worse or stupider, he proves me wrong.
  23. For the life of me I can't stand Lopez, she did look good on that dress but her lines and attempt at being funny are just so utter cringey every single time. I only remember her as "the sister of Angel from Dexter." and that's it. Now, for comparison's sake, Chloe's daughter can be funny and she doesn't even try, it just comes naturally. I wish they hadn't hired her for the show or at least that they kept it to a minimum.
