  1. But it's not like she has to go to work like the rest of us. LOL!
  2. Great cheat sheet - thanks! I've got one on scratch paper with names and jobs and whether they are still together. Photos are a great idea!
  3. Thanks for posting! I was just thinking I am really ready to know this. I'm a little surprised there may be that many saying yes on decision day.
  4. Usually after the ceremony, when they go off just the two of them to have a glass of champagne (boy, there is a LOT of champagne on this show), they ask each other questions and we actually learn something about them. Not last night! Either there was a total lack of curiosity or they edited that out for some reason.
  5. 33 and 38 according to one article. Olajuwan is a college friend of Jephte? Hmm...... Jephte was before I watched.
  6. Good point! I certainly did not get any pleasure from this season. Have to ponder whether I'm going to stick with it.
  7. I think Rachel and Jose are a terrible match but I don't have a problem with either the name or the door locking. DH used to have an employee whose name was close to mine and sometimes he'd call me that. Big deal? NO! We'd just laugh about it. We have a deadbolt lock and setting it gets so automatic we have occasionally locked each other out. We laugh about that too. Sometimes you really can't sweat the small stuff.
  8. I taught school; now I'm a lawyer whose work load usually lulls in the summer (not the last two years unfortunately). I've always got summer projects lined up. I feel sorry for her if she doesn't.
  9. I made a spreadsheet. LOL!
  10. DH has done that several times over the years (an employee at work). I never thought twice about it. I find Jose increasingly scary.
  11. kids/no kids; pets/no pets; responsible financially/deeply in debt; etc. - the shenanigans continue. What's sort of sad is some of these people either are still taking this seriously or they are WAY better actors than I would think given their day jobs.
  12. Our incomes aren't that different (although I make more). We just don't sweat the small stuff and we both chip in for major purchases we both want. I pay more than half the bills because I'm better at making sure bills get paid and he's better at saving.
  13. That man so far seems to be a catch. Whichever one of you said he'd have his pick of women after this show was right on (at least based on what we've seen so far).
  14. That discussion made me cringe for her - not must the money but his assumption she'd move into his house because "he's the man". DH and I have never had joint accounts and we've been married since 1973. We are each responsible for certain bills and we make sure they get paid.
  15. I honestly didn't know people went and got eyelashes every week or every other week. I learn all kinds of stuff here!
  16. Zack: https://starsoffline.com/zack-freeman-wiki-married-at-first-sight-job-family/
  17. Replaying to myself, Brett is a teacher/volleyball coach; Ryan is an "oil & gas liaison" (?)
  18. The only other one I've seen so far is that Myrla is a leadership coach. If anyone else finds anything, let us know!
  19. Why do the women come dressed like they are going to the prom or something? (That the strange question that kept floating through my head - you can tell I wasn't engrossed).
  20. I actually found my mind wandering during the show to whether there might actually be some criminal statutes that could be used to hold the show accountable for offering Paige up to that useless piece of protoplasm to be sexually abused. Probably not - and I'm sure the participants all signed away their rights to pursue civil damages - but really, what a POS! If it turned out that he wasn't vetted, I wonder what that would do to any criminal or civil cases? I'm not religious but isn't free will a basic tenet? Run, Paige, run!!!
