Nose hairs are important. Nose hairs act as a filter that prevents viruses, dust, pollen, and allergens from entering your lungs.

Exactly!!  But, I do know several people who do get their nostrils waxed, like Shane and Emily did.

I don't think I could stand that pain!  I just can't imagine sticking a small ball of hot wax in my nostril and have someone rip it out with a tweezer!!

It's not that difficult and much more beneficial to your health (and nose) to just trim what needs to be trimmed and neatened.

Against my better judgement, I watched this mess. All I can say is that Heather donning a scuba condom to do the slip and slide was almost worth it. Almost.

Tammy Sue is 55 and officially a senior citizen. She is evil and needs to be stopped.

Tamra is in great shape and very fit, imo, but I seriously NEVER EVER want to see her bare breasts again.  Such a pathetic attention-grab!!  I'm surprised she hasn't created an "Only Fans" account yet!

I wonder if Heather has some type of body dysmorphia.  She always seems so much more covered up than the rest of the women, with the exception of Shannon, who we all know suffers from her own body image issues because of her weight gain.  I think that Heather may think that she's too thin or not curvy enough or something, so she covers everything up.  That full length bodysuit was ridiculous!  Personally, I think, most of the time, Heather is dressed extremely well (with the exception of the logo overloads) and age appropriate, but she's very "buttoned up".

Yes but the luggage probably weighed down the car and added an extra 2 hours to the drive!!

I didn't at first and am ashamed to admit what I thought of her. But after reading about her health problems I do feel bad for her.

But I really don't like her wardrobe so far.

Jenna's wardrobe is decidedly NY business woman with a downtown twist, plus a little bit of "old money, so I don't give a shit" style.

I don't know if she comes from money, but she's got that look.  Sort of Carole Radziwill-ish.

Say what you will about her wardrobe, but I would give my right arm for her shoe collection/closet!!!!

Yeah. To me, Rami’s was much more compelling.

I agree - I thought that Rami's was much more in keeping with the challenge.  It looked like a beautiful dress with underwear-ish elements.

Kara Saun's looked too much like lingerie to me.  With the feathers, etc., it looked like an old-fashioned peignoir.

Kara Saun's was very pretty, but to me, Rami's was stunning.  I would wear that in a heartbeat ~~  if I was 5'10" tall, thin, size two 20-something ~~ instead of a 5'2" short, average, size six 60-something.  🤣

Interesting that the 2 top looks were the most typically 'feminine' and pretty.

I was mystified at Kara Saun's attempt to connect 'Tulsa Massacre' with 'Underwear as Outerwear'. JMO, but that seemed vaguely disrespectful to me. But apparently we must have some kind of 'struggle' story to capture the judges sympathy.

Frankly, I am getting quite tired of the "stories" behind the design.  While I enjoy it, if I want a history lesson, I'll switch to the History Channel.

I didn’t understand the connection, either.  When this was filmed, was it the anniversary of the Tulsa Massacre?  She went from that, to 1920’s, to her garment.

I didn't get the connection, either - something about her vision was a 1920's style garment, so that immediately went to the St. Louis Massacre.

Actually, I got more of a 1930's vibe from Kera Saun's garment - it looked like something that Carole Lombard or another actress would have worn in a movie while in their stage set boudoir.  So, for me, it went a little costume-y.

Seems highly suspect that Gary didn't watch the season. It's a convenient way for him to deflect criticism and avoid rehashing his mistakes.

I agree!  Gary seems very narcissistic - no way would he miss an opportunity to see himself on TV.  Why do a TV show if you have no intention of watching yourself when the show airs?

That was a bullshit excuse for him to not take accountability for his shitty behavior.

You know, all of the women in all these franchises look good.  Tamra looks good but she’s 55 years old.  At one time she may have counted on her sex appeal to see her through and maybe men came on to her constantly wherever she went.  But, I seriously doubt a whole lot of younger men, and especially a man whose girlfriend is friends with Tamra, is telling people he wants to f Tamra.

I strongly doubt if Ryan said this about Tamra, even though he has a really bad reputation as a man-whore kind of guy.  Tamra, since her first season on the show, has always claimed that she is the "hottest housewife".  She's very competitive in that, and always needs the attention, whether actual or not.

I caught a repeat of the RH Ultimate Girls' Trip-Bluestone Manor.  The women were discussing with Brandi the whole Denise Richards debacle that Brandi brought out on RHOBH.  Tamra chimed in and said that Denise Richards also tried to hit on her.  Denise denied this, and I believe Denise.

Tamra can't stand that someone may be considered more sexy or hotter than she thinks she is.

  8. These guests are disgusting and gross, on top of being the weirdest group I've ever seen on BD!  I could not figure out who was whom, who was with whom, and what was the older woman doing there with all of these over the top personalities.

Their behavior was obnoxious and I guess they achieved what they probably started out to do - to be in the top five worst BD guest groups ever.

You've got to be pretty bad if you make Captain Glenn lose his temper and raise his voice.

45 years ago when I was in college i had hair like Alex.  But the rest of me wasn't nearly as hot.  Oh well, we can only go forward😎

I just don't understand why in the world Mads constantly chose Gary over Alex.  Although, I guess she's right.  If she turned away from him after accepting his advances right at the start of the season, he would have made her on-board life a living hell with his pouty petulance.

  10. I don't usually like men with long, messy hair, but, damn.....Alex with his hair blowing in the wind seriously had my heart going pitter-patter!!!  Gary should take note - keep your hair clean and well tended and even your man-bun will look good.

I cannot stand man-child Gary - he's so fucking immature.  He's been a dick to multiple women season after season after season.  ONE woman gives him back the same behavior, and he acts like a five year old.

I definitely would have picked Anna over Viktor for the auf.

The most surprising result to me, though, was that the judges like Kara Saun's dress. All I could see was a Standard Poodle who'd just come back from the groomer.

Good description!  Me, I got a "Judy Jetson" prom dress vibe, or maybe something that a Whoville wife would wear to a Christmas party in "How the Grinch Stole Christmas".  (I'm talking about just the dress here - not the cape.)

I used to watch it and it was a fun show.  The other stars were huge names.  I was sorry it didn't make it.  When I originally heard she was going to OC, I looked forward to it, and was so surprised to see how she turned out.

I also watched "That's Life", and I enjoyed it, but mostly because I loved Paul Sorvino.  Heather was okay - from what I remember, she was young and perky.  She did not, however, fit the role of the stereotypical middle class New Jersey Italian daughter stepping away from her familial expectations and changing her life.  She seemed just a little too "polished", if that makes sense.

I'm thinking that Heather now feels that she may have cheated herself out of a career by opting to be a stay-at-home Mom to her four kids and an upscale society wife to a "high end" plastic surgeon.

My opinion is that while she is/was an adequate actress, I don't think she was going to be accepting Oscars or Emmys any time soon.

I guess she is now questioning herself, wondering if she could have, indeed, "had it all" - home life, children and an acting career.  Something tells me that would not have sat well with Terry.

However, I do feel that she really lashed out at Taylor because of her own frustrations with her own life, and not directly with what Taylor was trying to do, which was get Heather interested in the movie role.  I also question Taylor's motives with this.  I wonder if she did promise, in a way, that she could, maybe, get Heather for the film?  Not that Heather's a big name or anything, but I think her Housewives popularity could be something of interest for certain directors and producers. t

  14. Shannon loves a funny costume, doesn't she?  The saloon girl thing was cheesy, but it did make me laugh!

That dude ranch looked beautiful.  I wonder how many other guests were there at the time of filming - it looked as if the housewives may have been the only guests there, or were kept far away from the other guests.

I wonder what the employees of the dude ranch thought of these women, parading around in their short skirts and designer "cowboy" boots and hats.  I guess they get a lot of that, because of the nature of the business, but I just can't with all the supposed western gear displaying designer logos.  (Is there a logo that Heather doesn't mind wearing?  Every scene she's in, there is an LV, Gucci, Prada, Chanel or something logo somewhere - even in her son's bedroom - there was an LV comforter on the bed)

It will be interesting to see how this trip plays out, especially since Gina won't have Emily to enourage her to be a shit stirrer.

I can't stand Gina, but I think she is looking very nice so far this season.  The one interview look with the two piece grey/black outfit - she looks flawless - her skin is glowing and her hair and makeup are on point!

Miss the glass walls - it’s been a rough day. During my horrible menopausal night sweats (which lasted five awful years) i find it weird that glass walls would exasperate night sweats and I think they might be cool and would have been my face on them. - of course, I periodically went and stuck my head in the freezer to cool it off. That good that long nightmare is over. 😜

I remember those nights, as well and am soooo glad I'm past that!

I didn't get the whole thing with the glass, either.  I think that Taylor may have actually just not wanted to get an accidental glimpse of herself in the glass' reflection.  WTF did she do to her face?????

Of course it can be a verb!  Among my people, "Cheers, mate!" is a universal greeting/parting.  (:

That's fine and correct!!  But, when someone uses the word "cheers" in place of what should probably be "toast", as in "What are we toasting (cheersing)?"  or "Let's toast (cheers) to that" or "Shall we toast (cheers) to you guys", it just grates on my ears and brain!!

I hate this episode for making me feel my actual age, I'm in no way a prude and I watch a lot of trashy reality TV that most people in my age group would question.  All that said, I actually clutched my pearls twice last night.  The first was when Mads happily told everyone that she like's it up the butt.  The second was when we were forced to endure a detailed conversation on how Gary went down on Mads while she was on her period. Like Lucy, my jaw dropped and I wanted to run away.

Listen, I'm as bawdy as a sailor in the right company. But knowing you're being filmed and that your parents/friends/teachers/mentors/etc. are likely going to see it would make me a bit more reticent. Good lord, that was way too much information on both accounts. Likely because I remember the days where you couldn't even say ass on TV.  See, now I feel old.

Love that Glenn knew what an ABC party was, and adored the guests.  They were so happy about everything and all they wanted to do was eat, drink and laugh.  The primary was definitely a return guest but I'm thinking he was previously on another franchise since Glenn didn't seem to remember him.  Med maybe?

I agree, 1000%!!!!  Much like you, I can be bawdy and sometimes even bordering on crude, but all of that was too much.  Plus, seeing Gary come out of his cabin naked (blurred, but still naked) was something I didn't need to see, either.

Regarding the comment about Mads having her period - I think that Mads made that snarky reply to Alex when he asked her why she looked bloated at dinner on the ship.  After she made the comment about having her period, she backtracked and said that she wasn't, so who knows.  If she was, that is really GROSS and wouldn't Gary have noticed something??

Gary is just so disgusting in so many ways, yet he thinks he's Don Juan and Adonis all rolled into one.  I don't know what women see in him.  He is a consummate flirt and seems to know just how to make a woman feel "special" - only issue is, he does that with every single woman on the ship, all the time, so really, none of this women are special.  To him, they are just another notch on his bedpost.

This primary looks familiar. Have we seen him before on one of the other BD shows, or maybe even this one?

See? Even Daisy's sister thinks she's a dick. I'm so tired of her saying "I'm over it" every time she's called out. Because then she either turns around and does the same thing again or makes a point of telling us she's on a mission to do better. "I'm over it" has lost all meaning.

I've noticed a recent trend of people saying and writing "Chef's kiss" while making the gesture. It's happening all the time recently, why is that? I'm over it. 😡

I honestly don't get this. Why are cabinets and drawers constantly flying open? They know this is a sailing boat, they know it's going to heel. If the latches aren't strong enough they should have fixed them by now. I realize there are things that just can't be locked down because the chef can't stop working while they're sailing, but all these doors flying open every single time makes zero sense. Unless the boat's owner has been instructed not to fix the latches because they love the shots they get.

I thought the same thing.  His voice was very familiar, too.  I think he may have been on either Below Deck or Below Deck Med.

Bonnie: "Shall we cheers to you guys? Thanks for having me."

Is cheers now a verb? This seemed to also appear on some other reality show I recently watched.

Apparently so, and it drives me crazy!  My 20 and 30-something children and their friends say this all the time.

    2 hours ago, dleighg said:

Didn't we see Daisy wearing that plunging swimsuit that Bonnie was sporting in a previous season?

I think we saw Bonnie rummaging around in Daisy's cabin looking for a bathing suit to wear in the hot tub and found this suit of Daisy's.  She obviously never made it to the hot tub because she was too inebriated.  Seemed weird that Daisy put Bonnie into the main guest cabin while wearing that suit, but the next time we see Bonnie exiting the cabin, she was wearing cut offs and a sweatshirt.  I gues she must have woken up in the middle of the night and changed.

At the very least, Ryan will come, and act as their trail guide.  Big emphasis on the word "ACT" - I don't know if he knows which end of a horse is the front.

(He did know the difference between a mule and a donkey - I wonder if he knows the difference between himself or his mother and a jackass.)
