I want Heather to get pbc, but if that’s what it takes to get rid of Maddie, then go Maddie!!!

I know he’s a fan favorite, but he doesn’t seem really mature with his responses, which would explain why he thought VK has matured soo much... And it doesn’t look like he’s actually following the posts, he just searches for mentions of his name... buut I thought our opinions are irrelevant?

They are GLs and 2 out of the 4 senior vets. GLs are always front and center and I think they’ve earned it.

Oh, I live for the day one of them finally snaps and I hope it’s on camera.

Please make Maddie retire. I wouldn’t mind her staying for all 5 years if she wasn’t always in the spotlight. She doesn’t look good as point, she doesn’t seem confident as a leader, she isn’t strong in interviews, just stop promoting her please. And I can’t stand her trying to do sexy/flirty faces this year (she does that in EVERY SINGLE clip i’ve seen of her). I feel like a pervert looking at this kid playing dress up.

Well, Savannah is delusional if she thinks she’s one of their best dancers, even in this weaker team. Yeah it looks like Jalyn was picked for SG and then was replaced with the almighty VK. So I guess we were spot on when we were saying that vk got Jalyn’s spot, not one of the new to sg vets. long shot, but maybe @ShellyB can confirm? I’m sure they would rather look at Jalyn instead of VK’s horsemouth and spastic dancing, but they won’t know someone like Jalyn was an option. Oh, I do. Since she expects her cheerleaders to be robots, then she should be their prime example. She’s the one who gets the big paycheck after all, so i have bigger expectations. That would be VK, not Jalyn. Jalyn actually has experience in another team (as all the other girls except for VK), so they’d have heard about it from her former coach.

Yeah, then she would have to admit on camera that it’s suddenly not allowed for a veteran to help a rookie, something we’ve seen them do multiple times before and well, given that K&J aren’t always there and that Shelly and GLs run practices, it’s unavoidable. How are you going to say on camera that vets aren’t allowed to offer feedback anymore without sounding deranged? Only by saying that you don’t want your special snowflake specifically getting any negative feedback and well, Kelli is stupid for sure but not THAT stupid. Regarding your first point, that’s not about her management style. When you punish your employee for a stupid reason and then expect them to act like a robot, you’re just a crappy manager. Now Angela was kinda fairly called out because she let her disappointment affect her performance. Jalyn was perfectly supportive and just needed some time to collect herself and ten worked just as hard. Nothing toxic or unprofessional there to call out. And well yeah, if you don’t have that basic level of compassion for your employees, you’re just a terrible manager. As for Shelly, she’s already said that Jalyn got outdanced....

So? She had a claim and something came out of it. Does she have to be altruistic and have 100% “pure” (whatever that may be) intentions to sue? The fact that her lawsuit had an impact is all that matters to me, not who went after them in the first place. If anything, none of the girls who feel like they need to pay Charlotte for the honor of wearing the uniform would ever demand fair pay. Uhm... I do agree that some ‘maintenance’ is always needed and a very relaxing experience as well. It’s by no means necessary and the average woman won’t need nearly enough in makeup, lashes etc as a dcc. Unless they’re completely vapid, no way they would always put on lashes and makeup and blow their hair out everyday etc. Since this is a dcc requirement, the fact that they get it for free doesn’t exactly sound like a perk to me.

Isn’t it unbelievable that someone who just retired from the team was able to choose a better point than the long-standing director? If they had legit reasons, they would’ve told her. They didn’t say anything because clearly kelli doesn’t want to say on camera anything that will be traced back to her precious VK.

Even a stupid thing like you were outdanced even though we could all see she wasn’t? so much for point not being important to the girls and it’s just us making a big deal out of it...

Well maybe sweetie that means you need to retire yourself to a nice senior home and let someone else step in. You can’t be a director of a dance team and not notice Jalyn but cry after every vk performance... And yet, Kelli never called THIS mess unprofessional. Jalyn keeping her composure is unprofessional. Sure. That for me confirms what the insiders said.

Well she put people who can’t smile and keep forgetting choreography on the team so I don’t think it’s an argument. Let’s not forget that the first time Amy acted as point she flubbed the performance and Tess forgot some counts as part of the triangle too. Don’t think kelli cares that much anymore.

With Danielle though i believe it was quite unfair she was judged on an injury so fresh-she literally injured her foot during rehearsals for her solo. That’s something you know will be fixed before the first month of tc is over the latest. Cassie’s problem was much more severe. I honestly don’t get what happened there considering that they’re still friends. No offense and i may sound mean, but is she completely crazy? Not that I was ever a Cassie fan, but now I also think she’s completely stupid and I blame Judy too. You don’t put yourself through that just to have the honor of dancing in underwear. What the hell? And she was also an accident waiting to happen-we all saw her almost taking down these poor guys during the pink halftime rehearsal. That right there should have been a termination reason for Judy. You don’t risk a career ending injury on behalf of unsuspecting people just to get a stupid ring (or whatever they get for the 5th year) for your daughter. I’m just glad Cassie and VK had some years apart because I can’t even with them.

Tattling is actually required based on both inside info we’ve gotten in the past and the whole jenna/holly thing. Even if it wasn’t ‘approved’, well I guess lying isn’t approved either but they seem to accept it if it comes from vk...

If it’s true that VK got Jalyn into trouble, then yes she is directly related to this. Otherwise, yes I agree it’s not like Jalyn lost out specifically to VK. However, the 2 other rookies and the vets who got into sg for the first time are all deserving. VK will never outdance someone like Jalyn considering that her technique is a mess and she can hardly dance in her own space.

Yeah that’s what I think too. Most “amateur’ photoshoppers trying to make themselves thinner are too obvious as they end up distorting the image. I think we’ve established that a vet ‘losing’ her SG spot has happened only once in the history of the show at least? Doesn’t seem too common.

What about Shaina? She seems so nice!

I know a lot of people think Heather is vanilla, but I think there’s no comparison between Heather and Maddie, Amy and Tess. She was robbed.

Alexis looks bored... i know she is beautiful and she might be a good teacher, but considering that 2Gl going on to be GL if they don’t retire, i really can’t see her front and center leading a group.

Meredith is stunning but that cameo is terrible. She looks like her back is hurting her and she can’t stand upright. Gotta say, Gina is absolutely bringing it in this photo. Maddie should go home or at least stop trying to act ‘swag’. It ain’t gonna happen.

Do you really need to ask? Even if she was limping all the way through, you don’t demote one of your best dancers after a whole year. Unless she had issues during past SG performances, they know damn well what she can and can’t do. Do you see her retiring? For all the hate Jenna got for not moving on from dcc due to not having anywhere to go, Maddie gets a free pass... but she’s definitely on the same boat. Tell that to the 2 points. Maddie isn’t even the cute girl next door, she’s the cute toddler next door. Of course she was. Glad to see they’re not playing favorites after last year’s backlash.
