Imagine if every single inmate just sat back and chilled in their cells when the doors all opened. I know it would never happen, but imagine if Diaz was all, "all these prisoners! all of them!" and then they just all sat back and decided to do nothing because they couldn't understand a thing Diaz said.

I wish the entire prison would turn on Diaz.

I was wondering if I was supposed to recognize him.

Imagine Oliver just holding out his hand and a bow and quiver appearing in them. Random inmate/guard: "Where'd you get that?" Oliver: "Needed them for this" and proceeds to arrow to the moon ... inside the prison

Did Diaz say he wants payback? For what exactly? No, really, what has Oliver specifically done to him that he wants payback for?

Can we skip to Elseworlds and rewrite history so Diaz never existed?

Hold on, does Stan know about Laurel? How? Did all the inmates just learn every single detail of Oliver's release?

So we finally see Felicity for "family," but it's a shot of her with Laurel and Rene? Really?

Because prison guards must be shady at all times on television?

I just hope we don't have to deal with Diaz mumble-taunting Oliver over a walkie-talkie for most of the episode. We'll never understand what he's saying.

See, this I can believe and understand. But I do find it difficult to think that any episode with Diaz as a semi-major part of it (as it seems he is) could be one of the best/favorites of the entire series. But I am well aware that's my hatred of Diaz affecting my judgment and I'm perfectly okay with that. I do wonder if it'll feel like a bit of a reboot of Diaz, in the sense that the Diaz we'll see tonight is one that ignores every single previous episode he's been in and suddenly he'll actually be a "big bad" level threat. If so and if that's what they want me to think, I'm going to need them to erase my memory of S6/701-706 Diaz using one of LoT's devices.
