Did anyone know that James is only 29 years old? I thought he was about 39?!

Yes, I was really disturbed by Wé singing Take Me To Church. It's a really disturbing song and has a really dark background. At first I was disgusted that she would choose that, but then after seeing how Miley picked a lot of songs for her artists I put the blame on Alicia, but now after reading the comments and reading that this song has been used in a previous season I think it could have been the producers. Nonetheless, it put a bad taste in my mouth and I am usually a fan of Wé. Also, did anyone notice how Adam very rarely was given the chance to comment on the contestant's performances? Carson kept asking Miley, Blake, and Alicia their opinion but Adam was rarely included

Thanks for the answers guys, I really appreciate it :) Yeah Wé singing home just seemed really strange to me she was really pitchy and I didn't think that was a song she would pick. But then you had Billy doing Crying and someone mentioned and then I saw that this was actually a song he performed as a child on YouTube. Then some songs I thought are they choosing this or being set up for failure? Who knows but I look forward to maybe a little commentary so I can gather up who is the main person or group choosing these songs

Can someone please tell me if the contestants chose their own song for the lives or did the coaches???Because I thought the song choices were way off for Wé, Darby, and Belle amongst others

On a side note, doesn't Mark look great for his age? He's 57, I couldn't believe it. I always pegged him for late 40s
