With as many DCC alumni that come to auditions to spectate now I don’t understand why they aren’t the judges or at least included in the judging panels more. I get having newscasters and radio personalities because they can read how approachable someone is, but having women who’ve been in the same spot seems so much more valuable. From Jay’s insta story there’s at least 15 there.

Ok good, I just saw some girls post themselves in dresses so I guess it’s just delayed posts. My bad.

Did they do interviews between solos and now field dance? Seems weird to me - like you’d get sweaty from dancing (even indoors with AC) and then having to turn around and put yourself together for business attire. Since panels have been a downfall for people over the years I think it’d be better to do those first and get them out of the way. Didn’t they used to be on separate days?

I’m surprised Kash’s head is still attached to her neck from jerking it around so much in that routine. Maddie, slay my life child. Khalyn, *bows down* Lacey, lyrical goddess Rest of the solos in a nutshell: Music that’s been used before at least a dozen times Leg extension, shimmy shimmy, slow split to floor, rolls around somewhat gracefully, turn across the floor, leap, shimmy shimmy, hair flip, arm waves, mediocre turn, and done.

There’s a snippet on twitter. It looked meh to me, bad choreo. Not that she’s a bad dancer, I think a lot of these routines just look carbon copies of the same type of power pop dance we see in DCC/Stephanie/Michelle keys classes.

I don’t have Snapchat but I’m considering getting it just to see the hot mess of Selina. Bless her heart, she’s sweet as pie but if you look like that you know you’re going to get cut. Christina has a rockin bod, but I don’t think she needed to come in a glorified bra with sequins on it to show it off. Molly is probably my new favorite. Her solo may not have had all the fancy tricks (from the few seconds we see of it) but what she does she does WELL. There’s nothing worse than someone trying to do tricks they can’t and looks messy. She looked like she was having fun and I enjoyed it.

They don’t need her because of her hair color. Kelli can turn anyone into a red head in a couple of hours. ROTY may be a team favorite award, and that’s great that she’s loved and all, but I don’t believe that K&J and judges should use that as a reason NOT to cut her. If her dancing isn’t up to par then they should be fair during auditions.

#LaurenWasRobbed Robin being VOTY makes up for it a bit, but seriously....Savannah? I’m sure she’s a glittery ball of rainbow sunshine, but girl struggled the whole way, has no personality, and shows no improvement for next year. Putting her up against other ROTY - Kash, Heather, Holly, Jacie (I think right?), it’s just confusing.
