I would think there is a snake wrangler around - I imagine whoever is the company rep. For what looks like a California king snake that could easily be some random person they pulled off the street because they tend to be very placid. I have gone up to one and petted it and all it did was maneuver itself so I could pet it more easily. My guess is the floor of that cage is heated
