Shawn was definitely in “woe is me” mode.

Shawn and Belle are divorcing. Shawn was the one who made the decision. His reasoning is their emotional distance over the last year. He said he has changed and not the same Shawn she fell in love with. Don’t know if I buy all of that, but I’m glad they are divorcing, for now anyway. I find Belle much more interesting with EJ.

Did Doug and Paulina actually interact? I mean, besides that time Doug grabbed Paulina’s butt when he was possessed and Paulina said, “Doug Williams. Did you grab my ass”?

I think she’s being ignored because TPTB no use for her character. It’s all about Ciara in their eyes. She better be at John’s funeral next year.

I didn’t watch Roman/Marlena during the 80’s, but was unimpressed with them during the 90’s. And a lot of that had to do with Roman acting like an asshole during much of that time period. And I’m not referring to the affair aftermath, but before.

Victor offered Marlena an advice column in Bella. I never understood why Roman was so pissed about it.

I am tired of all these characters shitting on Cat. Zero compassion for her. There should be nuance to their reactions, but instead we get Jennifer and Julie basically telling Chad to let Clyde kill her.

Gabi needs to shut the hell up, blaming EJ for her marriage falling apart.

I’m sick of seeing Alex shirtless. We get it, Ron, you have a crush on RSW. Not everyone thinks he is the perfect male specimen.

I wanted to slap Paulina silly today. What an annoying, exhausting woman she is!

I liked Ava standing up to Kristen today. Finally, someone who isn’t intimidated by her. And I’m open to Brady and Ava as a couple.

Lucas is another Horton male they won’t write for, unless it’s to assassinate his character by kidnapping Sami.

Does anyone else find JJ boring as hell? Casey Moss has no charisma.

Body and Soul is so BORING. It’s literally a chore to get through the scenes.

Isabella basically accusing Marlena of staying away from her family for 5 years on purpose was pathetic. She was so jealous of her.

I’d feel bad for Sofia if she hadn’t been trying to steal Tate from the beginning, showing up at the cabin in her underwear, blackmailing Holly to take her shifts but she’d get the paycheck, taunting Holly that she could satisfy Tate in ways that Holly can’t, etc. Sophia has been too hateful for me to feel bad for.

I thought JJ standing up to EJ was hysterical. Casey can’t do menacing well. Also, none of his complaints were valid. Abby WAS a willing participant. And Gabi blaming EJ for her marriage ending was ridiculous.

I knew she would pick Chock! She’s been into him from the beginning. Poor Guy.

I didn’t feel bad for Gabi. So it’s EJ’s fault for not stopping Gabi, but Gabi bears no responsibility for initiating the sex and practically begging EJ to have sex with her? Not buying it. As EJ said, Gabi was the married one.

I liked EJ today. I enjoyed him helping Chad by dropping the charges against Cat.
