Absolutely.

But to me, that's the one thing the really wouldn't ever have to do if they get hired by FN. If they are ever cooking for an event like that, they'd have time and staff. Given that we can't ever taste the food on TV, I actually think they put too much emphasis on the taste of the food.

I've never been a huge gin fan, but you don't even taste it in the new-fangled fancy mixed drinks. Once you've got St Germain and grapefruit juice (or watermelon!), the juniper really fades away.

Speaking of hair, I was dying when the sandwich guy kept putting his hair behind his ears and then going right back to slicing crudo. It was nasty on both sides! Hair in the fish AND fish in the hair! Bleh. I'm not saying they need to wear hairnets and gloves on TV, but don't be less sanitary than the average home cook!
