I'm hoping, from the way it was worded, that maybe it got settled out of court (maybe from his MTV money) and they didn't have to pursue it that way? Let's hope he's still on the hook for it somehow.

Am I the only Orange is the New Black watcher here? Carmen's cousin is played by one of the actresses (she's Aleida on OITNB), and it really amused me for some reason, since they're such very different shows. However, both characters are pretty bitchy :)

Didn't she get extra time for beating up Pensatucky at the end of Season One? They didn't come out and say it, but you would think-ditto on something that happened with the Chicago trial, I have a vague memory-anyone?

I JUST saw Elizabeth Rodriquez (Aleida) doing a guest appearance on my guilty pleasure (or kind of pleasure) show, Devious Maids. What a contrast in show types! She also played someone that was pretty bitchy, though :)
