You mean Bad Guys? It's the only one in season 10 that I haven't seen but was thinking about. Heard there was a lot of Daniel/Vala stuff which made me want to skip it.

Really appreciating all the work she's been doing to raise profile of issues affecting minorities of all types and giving them the chance to speak for themselves.

I agree. Part of why I resent Vala is that she took time and focus away from Mitchell, who was the leader of the frickin' team!

I won't go into again how much I hate Vala and making her a regular destroyed the show. I still haven't watched the final few episodes and thank for confirming for me, @Idiotboy that it's not worth my time.

I hated the finale! Where's the light-hearted show I fell in love with? Where's the girls sunning at the beach? Instead, we get an angst fest, with Flo the only person with a somewhat happy ending. I still don't get the point of Sebastian. I also really hate the trope the Ned storyline represents. When it finished, my roommate and I sat there in stone silence feeling utterly disappointed. If this is the route it was going to go, I'm glad it got cancelled before my love for it was utterly ruined.

Frankie can have the carpenter. Give Alessandro to Flo. They had more chemistry and Flo has earned it. Reporter boy is SO using Mary. Get away girl! And watch your back. That detective is going to make your life difficult. Stuart Hughes, I didn't even recognize you. The makeup crew did a good job of hiding your lines. I also did like the twists and turns the mystery took. I like that this show usually doesn't handle murder but this one was done well.

So a theme of being trapped in marriage. I liked the twist of the mystery and the other stories danced around it nicely. And I hand to it Miss Hart. Playboy loved using her for shock value. She turned his game back on him. Well played.

More than a little. Who thought they were a good idea? I liked this one, excepting the tedious just mentioned. Unexpected twists and really cool examination of scientific practices. I also didn't even recognize Tom Rooney and Maeve Beaty! Always a pleasure to see either one of them. (In another lifetime, I worked with both of them. They're sweethearts.)

I'm also getting really worried about where they are taking Mary. Hope they don't make her leave the force. I still want to see her become a real cop, and it helps the stories having someone on the inside.

Except for having Daniel having an in depth with Vala at the end which by all rights should have been him and Sam. Hated how season 10 didn't give a shit about the long standing/established relationships. I feel the same way. Nice to have someone else around here who liked it!

That's one of the things I absolutely love about this show. The universe was rich right from the beginning. Well thought out. The politics element, which can become quite annoying, was always handled well.

I'm going to say it. Alessandro is more interesting with Flo than with Frankie. Wasn't it great to see Mary cut loose? Hope we see more of that. And you go Trudy! Build that life for you and your family!

When I saw Myers I thought "can we just not get rid of this guy?" But for once he was actually useful instead of overbearing. Happy to see Pendrick again - I love his charm and good heart. Go Svetlana! (Her portrayer is also incredibly fabulous.) I wanted Clegg to go over the Falls but you can't always get what you want. As for William and Julia being awkward at the end? That fits them. They aren't sexy - they're geeky. And of course their attempts at being sexy are also going to be odd, because they are. Julia doing something odd like that is totally in character for her and he likes it because it is her. So it didn't bother me - I saw it coming. An episode free of characters angsting. Hurrah!!!

So it seems a couple of season-long themes are developing. Bye bye Bill. Don't let the door hit you on the way out. Will Frankie also have to make the same choice between her life in Toronto and a man before the season is out? Or is the theme of what you would be willing to give up for love just for this episode? What Mary is being set up with is very intriguing. I hope we end up with Mary taking down corruption and becoming a real cop in the process. It does seem she's being set up to be challenged in the love department too. Otherwise, why mention how attractive the agitator is?

Wow was I disappointed in this episode. I thought the crazy next door neighbour and the kidnapper were done. Who asked to have them back? Not me! And do we really need to give Brackenreid more angst (and screentime)? Is Thomas Craig demanding all this stuff? I'm so tired of the Brackenreid family drama. Stop shoving Effie Newsome down our throats! She sucked the first time we saw her and she still sucks. This whole episode was what I've come to hate in new skool Murdoch Mysteries. Coming after last week's superb episode made this really tough to watch.

I loved this opener. It was old-school Murdoch and I love all the little pieces that add up to inspiring the stars of the silent era.

They kept a couple of the streetcars to restore and use as party rentals. Wendy Crewson is great to work with so it's not a surprise that they try to get her into as many episodes as possible. But this time she gave me sexy Rick Roberts (which has been sadly awol for a while) so I'm ok with this one. Guess we know what the season arc is. I never really liked them together so I'm happy to see it all fall apart.
