  1. That 911 call is what did it for me. He was so young. I missed the first few minutes, did they say where his bio mom was?
  2. Has there been a Fear Thy Neighbor before where nobody died? Why was the birth certificate of the daughter the wife gave up for adoption kept in her husband's wallet? Seems like you would keep something like that in a box or a safe in the closet. The girlfriend looked like she was on something. She reminded me of the addicts on Intervention nodding off during their talking heads.
  3. It's weird to see name (?) actors on ID. I found this on IMDB. It's got a different name but lists both Michael Ironside and Lochlyn Monroe: https://m.imdb.com/title/tt7921292/?ref_=m_ttpl
  4. What the heck is this "The Murder Shed" and is that Michael Ironside??
  5. I was honestly kind of surprised they didn't grant Billy and his family the restraining order; he has them on tape saying they are going to rape his 7-year-old daughter and burn his house down (not that I condone what he did either).
  6. Aw, the part with Woodhouse was so sweet. I'm glad they used George Coe's voice and not a replacement. I don't understand why Archer so viciously attacked Lana.
  7. Heh. "I ate my crewmembers. If that is shocking to you, so be it."
  8. That would have been great! I have never actually read any of Gaiman's books; instead I have listened to most of them in audiobook form. He narrates quite a lot of them and does an excellent job. I am only through one episode of Good Omens so far and I am sad to say I was a bit bored. And hearing there won't be the Four Bikers of the Apocalypse is disappointing since one of my favorite lines from the book is when another biker asks them what chapter they belong to and they say, "Revelation."
  9. I wonder if maybe Adam Reed wanted to scale back Ray's character? I don't know. I enjoyed this episode much more than last week's. I loved Malory calling Pam a rockslide with tits and Archer's "ugh, did Pam have a boner in here?" Seeing Cheryl/Carol get all badass and aggressive reminded me of when she was Cherlene and told Juliana the dictator's wife that she was going to go Jerry Lee on her ass.
  10. I just tried to watch the Andy & Becky episode on demand, and had to stop. It was bad enough listening to their daughter talk about how something was wrong with her because her parents said so. Then those poor sweet dogs locked in filthy tiny crates whining and wagging their tails at the officers broke my heart. I had to shut it off.
  11. And speaking of this, I see Fatal Vows is now Mid-Life Murder.
  12. Underwhelming premiere. I did laugh at Cyril's "suppressing fire!" but then again I always do. Yes!
  13. Oh I HIGHLY recommend listening to the Sword & Scale podcast about this case if it interested you! The mom is in deep, deep denial about what happened to her daughter. I think they even went on Dr. Phil claiming she had been murdered.
  14. Considering it's the only (I think) Emmy-nominated ID show, you would think they'd fork over the bucks and keep it around.
  15. I'm probably alone in this, but I freaking love Deadly Women. It's so cheesy and doesn't try to be anything else.
  16. Are you talking about the show The Coroner on ID? I never really watched that one but I had no idea he wasn't an MD! I didn't even know you could BE a coroner without being an MD.
  17. Aw, sorry about your mom Jaded. 😞
  18. Yes! Her whole, "we have to speak for the victims" schtick is such a load of crap. But I don't hate her nearly as much as I hate M. William Phelps, who seems to show up EVERYWHERE.
  19. +1. ID has some really bad promos, and they just play them incessantly.
  20. Oh my gosh, when she said the paramedics wouldn't come in and help her boys until the police got there and cleared the scene! Of course I've seen that happen on shows like Body Cam and Nightwatch and I understand the need to keep the paramedics safe but how horrible for her. They are RIGHT THERE and they can't help.
  21. So this happened in my neck of the woods. Seems like they think the son did it but would a non-verbal autistic person have the presence of mind to dismember and burn his victim? I honestly don't know.
  22. Seriously, the only thing I can think of that would make sense is if she's ultra religious. If she is then it's "till death do us part" no matter what he did, and the only way she can accept that is by focusing on what she kept saying, "he was a good man TO ME."
  23. Speaking of Madeleine McCann, I was surprised that the ads hyped the special as an "ID murder mystery." Is she presumed dead?
