And now Giannis is out for the remainder of Game One with a back injury. Miami up thirteen at halftime. Tyler Herro has a broken hand and is, obviously, out for the rest of the game and maybe the series. Ja Morant's status for Game Two is "in jeopardy" because of his hand. So many injuries and it's only the first game(s).

Two minutes to go in the first half of Game One and Anthony Davis is hurt. (Stop me if you've heard this before.)

Thank goodness Sacramento won, so at least for a few days we won't have to hear about how the Warriors are the underdogs and can take this series.

Woodstone Manor: The I-saac Sees All (Spoilers&Speculation)
LexieLily replied to Neptune's topic in Ghosts (US)
@Annber03 and I have been discussing the potential of what might happen during the season finale based on the title "The Heir" (the known title of the episode). Was Elias' stepping out on Hetty a well-known Woodstone family fact? Because I'm wondering - what if someone came around attempting to pass themselves off as a long-lost Woodstone descendant to claim their family stake in the B&B? And what if that person wanted to buy out Sam's portion and do something to the bed and breakfast that would endanger if not get rid of all the ghosts? -
Mavericks fined $750,000 by NBA for naked tanking effort at season’s end I've got no feelings for Dallas one way or another, but Dumars' statement is highly dramatic when you've got the bottom five teams in each conference tanking in various capacities to get higher draft odds for the chance at Wembanyama. I'm guessing it's because Dallas said the quiet part out loud what they were doing, but then what about Portland shutting down Lillard a month before the season was over? Etc, etc.?

Minnesota choked that game away. If the Lakers keep playing like that it's going to be a short series against Memphis. Which I would love. :p.
-
I have to unfortunately agree with @Magog that the Lakers will win their play-in and be the 7 seed, and I'm only okay with that as long as they are quickly and promptly disposed of by Memphis. I also agree that Brooklyn will get demolished by Philly, I hope Sacramento can beat Golden State (the Kings didn't get enough media love for the improvements they made this season, IMO), and I'll call it Phoenix over the Clippers in six.

S21.E09: Hollywood Week Part 3 - Showstopper/Final Judgement Part 1
LexieLily replied to MBJ's topic in American Idol
(I still don't know how to embed one tweet into another, otherwise I would have done so. Pretend the first tweet is embedded into the second one.) But, yes! "Flying Without Wings" was Ruben's winning song :) -
A second T-Wolves player (Jaden McDaniels) punched the wall in frustration after all of that and fractured his hand, so there's that, too.
-
It never won't annoy me that they sledgehammered Linc/Amelia for no real reason except to force Link/Jo together and then find someone for Amelia. Was it really only because they didn't know what to do with Camilla/Jo after Justin/Alex's abrupt departure? Lucas' main point of interest is that he's a Shepherd nephew but aside from his early scenes with Amelia they don't play that beat often. His other interns didn't care when he told them, and we don't know which sister is his mother. I wonder if TPTB even knew.

It's been at least weeks or even months in Grey's-world since that football player Linc operated on died in surgery and Linc is still persona non-grata in Seattle and having surgeries cancelled? Was Tank a Tom Brady/LeBron James generational sports talent or what?

When did they have a parakeet?
-
I'm not even going to lie, the only reason I know that song is Mikalah Gordon performing it in the semifinals back in season four and namedropping Paula in the lyrics, lmao.
-
With the way Richard and Bailey sent her on her way and told her to be careful and the way Addison talked last week about everything that's happened to her and how she and her family have been doxxed and threatened, I fully expected something to happen to her before she leaves Seattle or somewhere on the road. Is Kate Walsh scheduled to appear in more episodes?

Congrats to Sacramento for clinching a playoff spot for the first time since 2006, ending the longest playoff drought in professional sports! ‘Light the Beam’ — Kings secure first playoff berth since 2006
-
Not going to lie, I laughed at them totally cribbing Derek Shepherd's death on "Grey's Anatomy" for the manner of Epiphany's untimely death.
-
How is it that Kevin has disappeared from the Esme/Ace storyline entirely considering (a) Esme is his biological niece that he never knew existed and Ace is his great-nephew and also (b) they are living in his house at the bequest of Laura, his wife who is also Ace's grandmother?? He'd want to bond with Esme/Ace and save Esme from herself. Look at the lengths he went to for Ryan.
-
So much for everyone's bracket, lmao.
-
We're supposed to believe that Lucas came to Grey-Sloan because of Meredith and not because of his late uncle? Did Lucas and Meredith interact at all before she left? I'm happy to hear that Nick knew full well Meredith heard his ILY but pretended not to.
-
How's everyone's brackets doing? I've got three of my Final Four teams left (Houston, Alabama, UCLA) and both of my championship-round teams. Woo.
-
I think the game you're looking for here is bingo. How Not To Get Away With Your Murder bingo. :p.

Not sure if this one counts (it hasn't been mentioned) but didn't the gang hum Whistle While You Work while they were all in Monica's apartment putting together Rachel's resumes? (Where one of her skills was excellent compuper skills, but Joey assured her the Xerox machine caught some of them, lol.)
-
This game is fun! And I just thought of another one. "Space Oddity" as sung by Chandler on the end of the tape of Joey's Law and Order episode his grandmother was over to watch and his scene was cut.
-
Does Copacabana count when Rachel sang it at Barry and Mindy's wedding?
-
Chandler and Monica danced to "Wonderful Tonight" by Eric Clapton when they got engaged.
