I loved Swapnil's dress and was hoping he would get the win. I'm confused at how Blake ended up in the top and Amanda in the bottom. Blake's dress looked like a hot mess and Amanda's was definitely middle of the pack. How Joseph and that god awful pink skirt escaped the bottom is beyond me. I also thought Candace's dress looked tortured and was way worse than Amandas. Manatee Penis dress could have easily made the bottom also. On a positive note, I still love Kelly. Her personal style is cray cray but I'm finding her very adorable in a weirdo kind of way. I liked her outfit tonight and I'm happy that she got some positive feedback. I enjoyed the segment about her fanny pack. Maybe she can bring it back in style but with fringe and sparkle.

I know I'm a little late to the party but I just got around to watching this episode. Anyway, color me confused, when the heck did Jay's POV become deep fried foods and since when is Eddy a bbq expert? I feel like this shit came out of nowhere. It's all so random and makes zero sense. And why does Dom get to stick with Italian food?

I think this could have been a cool challenge but yet again the contestants don't seem to understand whimsy all that well. The top two looks were the only ones that seemed to understand how to mix whimsy and macabre. I was surprised at how much I liked the cat couple. At first I thought that the horns didn't make any sense but the whole effect turned out interesting. I didn't care for Missy and her partner's look but I thought it was a little bit better than the Christmas couple which I thought was really boring and the makeup looked flat and dull. Norah and Meg could have done something really cool using art as an inspiration but they seem to lack creatively. It made me think of the challenge a few seasons back where the contestants had to use a specific style of art to create a character. I remember they came up with some really cool ideas. Anyway, I predict Norah or Missy is going home next week.

I was coming here to say almost the exact same thing about Kate. I liked her until tonight and wasn't sad she left. Now on to Derek, he really does seem like a nice kid but I can't get behind his save when he didn't even dance last week. I was really bummed that Alexia left over him. I actually liked the concept of the fish dance but the girls seemed completely thrown by the vibe of the dance. I tend to like to kooky routines and was hoping it was going to be amazing. I'll take just about anything over another Stacy Tooky contemporary routine. I was so bored during her routine tonight. Random thoughts, did Dave Scott have a Jerry Curl beard during rehearsals? Why the hell did they put Megz in red mom jeans? So happy that JaJa got knocked down a peg. She stunk in her routine tonight. In the hideous green costume, I thought Hailee looked like the jolly green giant next to Virgil. I think he's an amazing performer but his size is distracting sometimes. I liked the freak show dance. Virgil and Megz creeped me the fuck out.

This show should just be called Three Bitches and a Chelsea. I can't even describe how much I hate Jenelle. I think Barb would be willing to give Jace to Jenelle but she's terrified that she'll never see him again. Keeping a child away from the only parent he has ever known out of spite is pure evil. She doesn't give a shit about Jace, she only cares about sticking it to Barb. I'm so over Leah and her mommy martyr act. Corey is right, she is a fake ass mom. She wants everyone to believe that she's some selfless loving mother but the jig is up. She's a piece of shit mother and everyone knows it. The only bright spot in this entire episode was Chelsea and Cole's dirty dancing routine. Aubree was also adorable in her puppy hat.

I thought for sure that Edmond would go home just because his dress was so basic. I don't see him sticking around for long but I'm happy he wasn't eliminated first since he's been trying out for the show for ten years. I really liked Ashley's look and I'm happy that she won. It's always nice to see a designer that embraces color and pattern. For some reason I really like Kelly. Her own look is a hot mess but I thought her dress was interesting. I just wish Clinton Kelly would make a special appearance and give her a makeover. Anyway, I felt bad that she had to share a work space and a room with Merline. Unfortunately, I'm getting Buffy vibes from her so I don't expect her to last long. Candace also needs a makeover. I'm so tired of the Wednesday Adams look. Her design was fine but nothing special. She'll probably be around for a long time just to annoy me.

Mr. Grumpypanda and I both thought Kristen looked really stoned in that segment. Me thinks Kristen had a serious case of the munchkin.

I know the judges didn't have a choice regarding Derek but I still would have preferred Marissa or Kate stay over him. Nothing against the kid personally, I just find him extremely bland. Who knows, maybe he'll get an awesome routine next week and knock my socks off. Either way I'm kind of neutral on both girls. I think they're both capable dancers but either one is spectacular. Kate's most likely going to leave next week anyway and I'd be shocked if she made it to the top ten considering she's been in the bottom every week. Derek will probably be gone shortly too. I think the top four stage team will be Jim, Alexia, Hailee and Gaby.

Chad's mom, the lady played tennis, she's obviously a monster. Seriously though, I already mentioned Megan's mom but I'll say it again, that woman is pure evil. First she abandons her daughter then she blames Megan for being molested by her boyfriend. Poor girl, her father wasn't much better. I also hated Jason and Joy's mom. You don't just have twenty kids then abandon them when you decide to come out of the closet. I can't forget Gina the heroin addict hooker's mother. She's another mom that said her daughter was asking to get raped by dressing sexy or whatever. Horrible woman.

I guess it's just me but I find Jaja totally overrated. I think she looks silly when she's trying to look tough. Her jazz routine was okay but it reminded me of something Sonja has some fifty times already. I think it's bullshit that Marissa went home over the forgettable Derrick. If they wouldn't have told me that he didn't dance tonight I wouldn't have noticed that he was missing. I'm so happy that Asaf is finally gone. For a dancer, the guy doesn't appear to have any rhythm. I also don't get how someone so hot can have zero chemistry with all of his partners. He pretty much did nothing in his dance but bring Kate down. Overall, I think Neptune and Alexia had the best routine of the night. The Edson and Megz routine was interesting too and the Broadway wasn't bad. I don't really like that kind of Broadway but Virgil and Gaby sold it well. Also, for a minute I thought that the Yourellis and Marissa dance was supposed to be about a lesbian bringing a straight girl over to the gay side. I think that would have been a much more entertaining dance.

I thought the same thing about James. When he was on the plane, I turned to Mr. Grumpypanda and said I bet he gets kicked out after ten days. I was pleasantly surprised that he finished treatment. I agree with you that most of these people need more than 90 days in treatment. I think that the people that don't return to their home state have the best chance at long term recovery. On a personal note, I also went to rehab and relapsed two days after I returned home. Same place, same old shit.

I was thinking the same thing. Jace had a wtf look on his face when Jenelle gave him that stupid costume. Little boys might want to dress like a ninja or a pirate but I can't imagine a kid being excited about dressing like a boat captain. Jenelle is clueless when it comes to Jace.

Kali- First off something nice, Lincoln is so freaking adorable. I want to squeeze him and pinch his chunky cheeks (not in a creepy way.) Anyway, it's so obvious that Kali is completely over Javi and has another guy on the back burner. She might not have cheated yet but she's mentally checked out and ready for baby daddy number three. In some way I don't blame her because Javi just seems so dim and uninteresting. Stupid men are not sexy. Jenelle- I hate this bitch so much! I might even hate her more than Casey Anthony which is who she reminds me of (and John Lithgow of course.) I don't believe her caring mommy act one bit. I firmly believe that when the cameras are off she doesn't give one shit about Jace. Jace always looks so uncomfortable around her and Nipps and It really pissed me off when she put Jace on the spot asking him who he wants to live with. Can you imagine Jenelle and Nipps reaction if he would have answered Barb.That kid knows not to set them off. He always looks so frightened and fragile around them. Poor kid needs a hug. Chelsea- Not much to say here other than Adam and his fake friend's conversation at the gym was cringe inducing. I laughed my ass off when Adam was talking about being sober for a year when both him and his friend seemed coked out of their minds. Lastly, Adam looks disgusting as always. Leah- Speaking of looking coked up, Leah looked rough. I did crack up when little Addy so desperate for attention basically sat on Leah's head and dangled her feet in her face.I want to yell at Leah to put down that damn phone and play with your toddler. That baby just seems to wonder around with no adult supervision. The fight between the twins at Corey's cracked me up too. I loved Ali chasing evil twin and yelling we're going to talk. I did feel bad when she got hit with the door but mad Ali is hilarious. Tonight's winners- Lincoln for his cuteness, Addy for annoying Leah, Ali for closing doors madly, Miranda for standing by her bearded man, Barb's friend for just for being Barb's friend and Mexican food just cause it's delicious. Tonight's losers- Aubree for being on yellow (you can do better girlfriend), Adam's fake friend/dealer because he knows Adam is full of shit, all the regular losers because they suck as usual and toast because mommy's a sleepy head.

I officially hate the new format. I never thought I would say this but I miss the getting to know you segments. I feel like I don't knew anything about these dancers. Does Megz sleep with a pillow pet and hate mustard? Does Neptune collect angel figurines? Is Marissa afraid of clouds? Who hoards all the pickles in the house? I guess we'll never know. I'm also noticing a lot of mistakes in the dances this season. It's obvious that a lot of the dancers aren't trained. The African jazz was a hot mess. The cartwheel thing that Gaby and Ariania did was slow and they messed up the last flip. Anyway, I loved everything about Neptune and Kate's dance except for Kate's dress. For some reason I found the floral pattern really distracting. I also learned that SYTYCD ended racism which is cool. The jazz trio was weird. I felt like I was watching a cheesy music video from 1992. Everything else was kind of boring. This show is definitely on its last leg. I'm a sad panda now.
