  1. i think pretty much everyone agrees, chances are high that Kelsey and Dustin had sex.
  2. Dustin is not an alpha male. He's an over-aged jock frat boy stereotype.
  3. i almost threw up in my mouth when Dustin said that Kelsey and James wouldn't last because she "needs a bad boy" like him". you're a grown ass man. not a "bad boy". anyone over the age of 23 still walking around calling themselves a bad boy needs to be castrated.
  4. i didn't even know this show cameback for a second season...damn this Kelsey girl is a slut. i just had an idea. someone should do a "sexy" counter. let's count how many times Kelsey uses the word sexy
  5. - is Fiona really supposed to have become such a shit person that she won't even make a phone call to have the washer fixed? - despite all the theories, I don't think what Svet said last episode means she doesn't care about V and Kev. You can care about a spouse or significant other and still realize and appreciate any financial gains they afford you. I can't help but think Fiona's no cleaner than Frank or his homeless. I really notice it when there's a scene with her and V. V always looks so clean and well put together. I get they're supposed to be poor, but really only Fiona, Lip, and sometimes Debbie and Carl look unkempt.
  6. The only thing I really liked about this episode was V and Fiona's fight. I liked how normal it was, Though I love their friendship and I hope it gets better, that was a natural thing. They're both too busy with the major changes in their own lives to be super involved with the changes in someone else's.
  7. how is Svetlana's advice to Debbie about finding someone to take care of her and her baby any different than Frank's advice from last season? They both told her to use sex to find someone that she can manipulate into taking care of her.
  8. Debbie's young, but she shouldn't still be so impressionable and immature.
  9. I appreciate Fiona's new found commitment to herself but how many times has this happened? At least twice right? Poor, self sacrificing Fiona who puts her happiness second to taking care of her family, vows to change things, to look out for herself and put herself first....then she slowly regresses back without the viewers even noticing, until she makes the same vow again.
  10. Ryan is so arrogant is laughable. He's so bent on convincing everyone that he's so intelligent and over analyzing near meaningless shit. Ryan trades biscuits and gravy for a danish: "I've become a part of the political system. I've become a part of the economy of this pod. I can use this to gain respect and change my position in the hierarchy,
  11. Did Tom's mom not realize she was making him sound crazy by repeating "Tommy needs lots of attention". I'm assuming half of it was because she's one of "those moms" who likes to infantize her adult children, but damn, that's still a lot of crazy to deal with. Maybe she was warning Lily on purpose! LOL!
  12. Tom's mother worked a lot, leaving him alone and feeling neglected... Tom's wife now works a lot, leaving him alone and feeling neglected...
  13. For someone who's supposed to be so intelligent, Ryan is extremely impressionable. He's only been in there a few weeks and already someone who's in training to become a cop has turned against cops and the entire corrections system.
  14. I'm starting to also agree that Nick might be bisexual. When he was talking to Rachel he kept referring to past partners as "they" or "them". While it's normal to get those out in conversation, for gay or straight people, it would usually be peppered with a he's and she's. I like him and I don't care (I'm bi) but I wonder if the "experts", the producers or Sonia are aware (if he is). I think maybe if he were, they wouldn't reveal it on the show because of people who would respond negatively.
  15. This part hard me ROFL because it's nearly the exact copy of something that happened to me in real life. I got a call from a friend and she was sobbing, and the only words she could get out where "the doctor told me the worse thing a doctor could ever tell someone". Right away, I panicked. "Oh my gosh, she has cancer...but after calming her down and getting her stop crying, she told me it was SHOULDER SURGERY. I felt bad for Lilly (and my friend) because all surgeries carry risk and a little fear---but surgery on your shoulder isn't akin to surgery on an organ or an amputation.
  16. I went to look up what you were referring to...but, I still don't think it writes of the possibility of him usually being a shy, introverted person at most times in public settings or with emotions regarding others.
  17. I think Nick is just extremely shy and nervous. I am, and I'm seeing a lot of my own mannerisms and habits in him. He's shy, he'd be even MORE standoffish doing romantic activities than any other time. I need a complete recap on the Heath/Derek situation. Someone needs to give ,e at least ONE good reason they were matched together. Watching this disaster of a honeymoon, I can't remember anything. I think it's only gonna get worse when they get back to everyday life
  18. You asking that made me curious so I looked and FYI actually still has that episode available to watch on the site (http://www.fyi.tv/shows/married-at-first-sight/season-1/episode-8) the Doug smoking thing starts at 7:50 BUT here's the interesting news, while Doug was never shown smoking a cigarette (because it happened during a time when they weren't filming)...the words "ashtray", and "cigarette" were used LOTS. Again, one of the main reasons I think Derek was smoking weed because when they talk about it, the word "cigarette" or words like "ashtray" or "pack" weren't used.
  19. and dropping hints that big...the producers want the audience to know he's smoking weed
  20. After thinking on it more, I'm definitely sure Derek was smoking weed and not cigarettes because Heather made it a point to say she wanted to talk to him about it "in private", considering how it's just the two of them on this trip, she probably meant when they weren't filming. Also, if it were cigarettes, I'd think it'd be no problem airing it on TV---but what ever Derek is smoking isn't being aired and the word "cigarette" or any cigarette related words like "pack" aren't being used. Other terminology and words when they're talking about it doesn't fit. Heather used the phrase "occasional use". No one uses the word "use" in reference to smoking cigarettes like "occasional use" of tobacco, but commonly use it when talking about harder drugs like marijuana. He said he can't smoke at work---you can smoke cigarettes on most jobs, I mean it'd probably be frowned upon or discouraged with certain companies, but people step outside on their breaks, smoke a cigarette and come back like it's not problem. He also defended it with "people believe it's no worse than drinking"...well no one in their right mind within the last few decades, has ever said that smoking cigarettes is no worse than drinking. I'm sure everyone by now knows the negative effects of tobacco, even the people who smoke admit it---however, that's a common defense for marijuana.
  21. It was because at that point, she was pretty into him and all she said was that she really likes him....then he says, let's not rush things. People would look at that and see it as Sonia overreacting, but in my opinion, it was NICK who was overreacting. All she said was that she liked him. Yeah, she could've let it go, but she just wanted to know what she said they he took so seriously that he had to shut her down like that. I mean come on, she was confused. I would be too (again, all she said was "I LIKE YOU") I think Nick might have some emotional issues or past relationship trauma that makes it hard for him to tell someone that he likes them after 5 days. He says it to camera all the time, but he's apparently uncomfortable with saying it to Sonia's face. Maybe it's because he's shy. All she said was that she liked him and he pretty much gave her a "calm down you clingy bitch, it's been 5 days"
  22. Like Heather, I don't really like smoking and I don't really want a partner who smokes, UNLIKE Heather, I think I'd give Derek a little give because he had a point, he IS on vacation so he'd probably smoke less in his day to day life. Just like he said, she'd been drinking more than he had smoked, and of course people tend to drink more on vacation than they normally would. All she has to do is wait it out and see what he does when the honeymoon is over---if he doesn't smoke for then on or only rarely, you're good...if he smokes like a chimney, congratulations you were right, get rid of him. Just don't decide 5 days in that the experts matched you with a dud and that this relationship would never work. UPDATE: Just got that some people think it was weed Derek was smoking, not cigarettes, which changes how I feel on the topic. I can kinda get Heather not budging on the issue. I wouldn't. I'm ok with cigarettes, but not marijuana, not even open to idea. But just in case it was cigarettes, the above statement still applies. Watching Tom and Lily is like watching a happy scene in a movie that you just know is lasting too long and then the music changes to something sinister...everything is just too damn good and you're just waiting for something to fuck it up. And I'm tired of talking about it, but 99% sure it's gonna involve Tom's bus or the feelers he keeps throwing at Lily to see how she would feel about it.
  23. Yeah, I got the sense that he was really afraid of losing her because off the bus and it made me pity him....but that goes back to my original point. If a someone is important enough, to him, he should compromise and not give them the ultimatum: we live in the bus or we can't be together. He doesn't even have to let the bus go. Maybe they can buy land with their house and he can keep it in the backyard, you suggestion about trips is good, he said it's in an RV park, so maybe they can stay there on weekends, i don't know....he's got options. As for Lily, I think her saying she could live anywhere was more in the context of any city, state or maybe country, and type of area (city/urban, suburbs, rural)...not so much, house or converted tour bus in an RV park. LOL, but there's a chance she well be up for it (temporarily). But for a young person who's done so well for themselves who also talks about building a traditional family, I don't think she'd be OK living in the bus long term, if it all.
  24. Anybody else weirded out by Tom trying to feel Lily out about the "living in a bus" thing. He's like "Have you every seen the show, Tiny Houses?", "Sometimes, people are surprised by the amount of things and space they DON'T need", "Are you good with small spaces?" Dude, just spit it out already. Or you know, stop being so stubborn about it and be willing to go back to living in a traditional home if you think it's such a deterrent to your relationships
  25. I see now it may have been editing. that may have been from a discussion about the type of car she drives---which Tom was bringing up to feel her out about living in a bus., so it did slightly involve it.
